So let me start by saying that Patrick is truly great at what he does! I have such clean capets that I found myself lying on my carpets doing a snow angel...something I have not done since moving in over a year and a half ago :) And after over a year and a half of not cleaning it and with 2 boys, you can probably imagine that it was not a pretty sight. Being a relatively newer person to Windsor (moving from San Diego ), I was looking for a carpet cleaner that not only satisfied me with his professional work on my carpets, but was also trustworthy....basically, was not going to rob me blind. I had called a few local carpet cleaners in the area and I was flabberghasted at the price quotes I received!!! $480, $535...I believe the lowest quote was for $350. OK...granted my house is 2865 square feet (not all of it is carpet of course)...and I needed 8 different areas cleaned. I wasn't expecting cheap, but REALLY! Patrick was quick to respond to my request and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. And afterwards, he offered to let me borrow his fans to aid me with the drying process. Furthermore, he advised me that if any spotting did come back, I could call him to take care of it. Of course...no spotting occured. WOW! Now that's what I call "GREAT SERVICE". The absolute best carpet cleaner ever! Patrick did the carpets at church - and we had some ugly unknown stains to contend with - and he did a great job. He pointed out a few spots that he thought would come back up, and sure enough those spots did return. Patrick came back to touch things up (no charge) and now, the carpet looks almost new. This review is long overdue. So I'll start by saying this... when you are looking for alternative, non-toxic methods of getting rid of fleas, definitely do not sprinkle salt on your carpet. And then sprinkle it again even thicker. And then leave it longer than recommended because you think longer equals more effective. What may (will happen) is that your poor vacuum will be unable to suck all of the salt up and you'll be left with salt carpets. And then when the damp rainy seasons hit you will suddenly find pockets of salt sweat on the carpeting throughout the house. And THEN the furniture standing on said salt sweat pockets will either start absorbing the salt or rust onto the carpet. Then when sopping salt sweat up doesn't work with paper towels, and furniture has been ruined, and the salt has dried you'll be stuck with crystallized salt carpet. This is where Patrick comes in to save the day. I told Patrick our ridiculous and regretful situation and he made an attempt at tackling these sad carpets. It got some of the salt up but some pockets remained so he offered to come back for a second pass. I was able to show him which areas were being difficult and he was finally able to rescue us from walking around on a salt mine. Obviously our carpets need to be replaced long term but short term Patrick saved us. I highly recommend Patrick's services. I'm positive he'll tackle whatever you throw at him to the best of his abilities! read more

Don't bother calling anyone else! He shows up on time, does a fantastic job and is a really nice guy. Our carpet had pet smells and a variety of stains. He was able to remove them all, and the carpet had a clean, pleasant smell. It smelled clean instead of like some horrible perfume. His prices were very fair as well. read more

So this is my first time writing a review and I HAD to after the service we had today from Pat! I got all the carpets cleaned in my house. Pat called me and let me know that he was leaving the last house and would be to my house in about 20 minutes after he got a sandwich he really cares about what is going on with our carpets prior to him treating them! The previous renters had a cat with obvious bladder problems and Pat has done an incredible job getting the odor out and stains are gone! He is the most professional person that has ever done work for our family. He has so much integrity in his work and I am so happy to support his business! Patrick (the owner) is the BEST! I have 12-year-old carpets and a Golden Retriever. He did a good job the first time, but there were a few spots I wanted to see if he could improve upon. He came back, re-did the area I wanted re-done, and was ever so polite and friendly! I will be a repeat customer, definitely.
