Stopped in and met Dale, one of the at least three generations of Martins who operate this business which is in the process of expanding on a busy Saturday afternoon. Dale took the time to explore my needs and recommended the best bike rack (Kuat 2.0) that I have ever owned and I think that I have had about 10. The problem was that literally there was no room in my car for the box. Actually though it wasn't a problem for me. In about half the promised 45 minutes a team had it inboxes, assembled and on the back of my car. Bummer though was that when I got home I found that I didn't have the hardware to mount it on the car for which it was intended. I called Dale and intwo days the needed hardware was in my mailbox without charge. I cannot say how refreshing it is to find a store that offers expertise, advice without pressure and exemplary service. You can be sure that I will be back there.

A far cry from what these bikes are actually worth. If coming to a place to be treated like you're a bother and get ripped off is your thing.. then this is your place to buy a bike. Deceptive business practice and charges customers for a business decision they made on their end…read more On 5/21/26, I placed an order on the merchant's website for a Zooz Ultra Urban Gen 4 electric bike for a total purchase price of $2,595.00. Following the order submission, the business reached out requesting that I provide additional verification documents to confirm my identity and credit card ownership to mitigate fraud risk. I fully intended to complete this transaction and promptly complied, providing the exact documentation requested. No further information or follow-up was requested by the merchant. Instead of processing the order, the business proactively and unilaterally cancelled the transaction. While the merchant has the right to refuse service, they deceptively withheld $130.00 from my refund, returning only $2,465.00. The merchant is penalizing me by applying a 5% "cancellation fee" to an item that was never fulfilled, never shipped, and where the cancellation was entirely the merchant's choice. I should not bear the operational cost of their decision to cancel a transaction that I actively tried to fulfill and verify. The withholding of these funds under the guise of a return or cancellation policy for an unfulfilled order is deceptive and an unfair business practice. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I went to lunch, while at lunch I looked online at one of the manufacturers and that they had a sale going on online for a significant discount for the exact bike I was looking at. I went back to the shop to see if they would honor the discount, they said no problem. I then took the bike for a test ride and it was exactly what I wanted and being able to get the online discount in store was icing on the cake! They even made sure I knew how to fold it up. Very happy with this shop and my new Superhuman Shapeshifter folding e-bike that I purchased and I will definitely be back to get maintenance and service done when it's needed. My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam,etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. I got a gorgeous, used mid-90's carbon fiber road bike here for an awesome price after prowling Craigslist for many moons, and they were so gracious as to tune it up and swap out the pedals on my way out. So I've had about three or four people reach out to me since my review…read more The conclusion of my tale: I did reach out to them. I asked for them to finish what they started and I would pay for the components. They would have to install them and set up the geometry as part of the "original" fitting. They refused. I then asked for $150 back, as that is the hourly rate and time they said they required to finish the unfinished job. They refused. I went to and got a new custom fitting. Another $500. Guess what? Saddle was wrong! Cranks wrong! Geometry wrong! Peddles not needed! The only thing they got right was the handlebars and shifter location. I got more new components put on. I rode almost pain free from that point further. I returned about thirty days later for a quick tweeking. Rode most of the summer. Then I had a small issue. Called them up. Guess what? They saw me, ran me through a secondary fit and some tweeks at no additional fee. That is proper service. That is how you treat your clients.
