This is one review I saw on trip advisor an exact quote: "pay half now pay half a week later so you pay $700 now and once you move in and realize how dirty it is its to late to move out. So you're either out $700 for a week stay or you ride it out and pay the other $700. During our stay our bed SHEETS WERE DIRTY when we arrived, there wasn't a broom, mop, a sink plug to do dishes, THE COUCHES WERE RIPPED. I have been stuck in an elevator, and the management has cancelled the pest control service. I have seen an influx of bugs (house roaches) Needless to say this will be my last time visiting and I will not be returning. In building 3 the elevator is out for the next 4+ months. We were not told this at booking and not at check in either. Mind you I am permanently disabled and cannot make it up 3 flights of stairs without a ton of difficulty. I used to love this place; I am sad to see my vacation spot go so far downhill after years and years of staying that I feel the need to no longer return. Hopefully they will climb back up, But it doesn't seem they will. Beware renting and ask all the questions to make sure everything is working. Grills are falling apart and not useable.
