Mark with Green Pest Guys came to my home this week after I found the company with excellent reviews on Yelp. The reviews were absolutely spot on. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. Extremely thorough and the eco-friendly product he uses had a very pleasant rosemary and thyme smell. In addition to spraying all the baseboards, he spent covered the entire outside of my house and walked the yard to identify fire ants. He spent more time servicing my house and yard than previous companies spent in a year. All for a very reasonable price that I was quoted when I initially contacted the company. No upselling! These guys are amazing! Mark spent time cleaning the outside of our house, knocking down wasp and mud dobber nests, explaining the process and ingredients they use (natural/essential oil based), not to mention we got to know him as a person. Him and his wife own the Austin franchise. It was $89 for a thorough pest control spray + inside and outside. Totally safe for humans and pets. These guys were great from the get-go. The office staff were friendly and helpful with my questions regarding their service. The technician, Brady, was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable with the service they provided and they let you know who is coming with a picture of the technician, so you know who to expect. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. The main reason I used them is because they do not use conventional pesticides. My home smelled great after the service was completed! When looking for pest control, my focus was value and products that were safe for my baby and dogs. Mark responded promptly to my inquiry and was very thorough with explaining cost, service options, etc. I was very impressed with the time taken to spray both the inside and outside of my home, both baseboards and corners by the ceiling. We just had our first pest treatment with Mark. I can not recommend him enough. He spent considerable time telling us about the products he uses, what they will do and how he would be applying them. I really appreciate that he is using natural products that will not harm us, our pets or the environment. Plus they are effective against the creepy crawly bugs that try to enter our house! Scheduling was easy. My initial appointments got cancelled twice due to rain but they were very communicative and accommodating with the reschedules. Mark was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. When he got to the house my husband who was very doubtful drilled him with how safe the products really were indoors. We were very pleased with our service from Green Pest Guys. Mark is the owner and his wife does the scheduling. Both are very organized and know their business. Mark sprayed the inside and outside, cleaned off the outside eaves of any cobwebs and left sticky traps inside garage door sides to catch incoming bugs etc. That's already helped!
