I usually do not write reviews but I don't want someone to experience what we did. The owner and team that cleaned the house were extremely kind and attentive but the service we requested was not provided, even after the team returned to further clean. All that was cleaned on the return were the exact things I pointed out. We scheduled a deep clean and I specifically called out having every surface cleaned including in all cabinets, drawers, stove, fridge as this was a move in ready clean. For a typical clean, it was done well, but that is not what was expected. After I spoke with the owner and explained that the cleaning was not done the team came back, but as stated they only cleaned what I pointed out. That evening my husband and I had to do a deep clean ourselves, which was not on our moving list of things to do. A few photos attached that show before and after cleaning a couple cabinets. I also found a full drawer of prescription medications, about 15 bottles, and a sticky bra in another drawer, which further confirmed a deep clean was not done. Overall I wish expectations were set for a surface level clean, not a deep clean, because then we would have looked for the correct company to complete the service we were expecting. read more

We hired Green Planet to prep our dear friend's house for his homecoming from the hospital. He is a young man with brain cancer with no family except for those of us who served with him in the fire service. He has come home to die. I told his story to Marcos from Green Planet, and he was very compassionate, hired a crew of three, and got them scheduled in a big hurry as we needed to get our friend home ASAP. The house had sat empty for a very long time and was in terrible condition and full of dust. The transformation of the house from inhabitabal to safe, clean, and smelling so good, made all of our jaws drop in happy shock. My experience with cleaning services in the past has been really inconsistent -- most do a good job some of the time, some do something dreadful that costs me more to fix or in losses than I pay for their services (like putting my one and only pair of designer dress slacks in the washing machine, which I'd purchased in Italy five years prior, then trying to hide them with the rags instead of taking accountability for what they'd done). I've struggled with the "time vs. money vs. hassle" math many times, and consequently, have never had a consistent service. Wow! I used GPCS yesterday for a move in to my new house. They were meticulous and methodical in their work. Two lovely ladies , Sandra and Luz V gave my house the once over and got into every little nook and cranny. They completely transformed the place. I'm very impressed with how our house looks after the cleaning ladies have come. It looks so nice! With four kids, two dogs and two cats running around it is so nice to have it clean. My frustration about it all is this: Every time I make an appointment, I select the option to set up an every week appointment, not only do they not come every week as I would expect after selecting that option, but they are nearly impossible to talk to on the phone. I called five times and left two messages trying to get ahold of them and they only called back after I left w very frustrated message.
