We're giving 4 stars to the move out cleaning Marin House Cleaning did for us because we found their work was initially not thorough enough in our case. Instead, we had to point out some areas needing further cleaning when we arrived when the team believed they were done, and a bit of additional cleaning work we needed to do after they left. Initially, we'd thought to give a bit lower rating because of this. However, when we mentioned the problem to Jorge, we found he was extremely responsive and willing to make amends. He offered to do any other cleaning required there, and provided a partial refund to make amends as well. Jorge responded to my inquiry immediately, and scheduled my cleaning for just 2 days later. He came personally to see the house, accompanied by a team of three. MHC is a great team of really nice, hardworking people! We learned about them through our neighborhood email list and enlisted them to help clean our home in preparation for our backyard wedding last year.
