You call before entering and the ask the questions that you would normally fill out on paper, they take your payment over the phone, so when you're done you can just leave. Firm to deep tissue massage, which he was able to do with ease. Had lots of knots that he took his time to work out the best he could. They charge $15 to remove existing polish, and $42 for new gel polish. I requested a manicure but really all I got was removal of my existing gel polish, and reapplication of new gel polish.
