Location for me is everything cuz I'm a creature of convenience, so having this place within walking distance of my work place (where I accumulate so much sh...stuff to begin with) is clutch! The place is CLEAN which can go without saying, but is absolutely the bare minimum of what is needed from a place collecting our most unmentionables (I can't help myself). A very friendly attendant/nurse? helps you to your room, and are standing before the Poop Collector, a massive system that's gonna fill you up so you can empty out (I can't stop laughing). Anyhoo, she explained that I'd be flying this poop mobile solo, which, EVERYONE wants to do...do. She talked through that first push and I was so happy to see her leave the room. For the next 30-45 minutes I experienced what can only be described as a trip through my dietary history, where with every push out I recalled all the horrible things I'd eaten to land me on this throne. Not gonna lie, after you get past the butt plug, water guts, and pool of your own soup that your butt is sitting in, it's a really good feeling. She comes back to explain that you gonna pop off the probe and then release them innards until you feel empty, the rinse off with a hose (that if you aren't careful can wet up the whole room) before baby wiping and getting dressed. I felt so cared for and decided that I would get the 4 pack cuz this gut is my main priority. In other words, clean your butt system here. *** I had a traumatic experience***…read more First of all let me say that I'm not one to ever write reviews especially ones that is not positive, but I had a horrible experience. This was my first colonic, and I was really excited about the first step on my new journey for better health. I chose this technician based on the yelp reviews that I read, and how excellent she seem to be with first-time visitors. My biggest issue with this experience is that the process (nor the Instrument) was never explained to me! I stated several times that this was my very first colonic and I feel like that extra layer of care and information was not provided. As soon as I got in the door I sat down the office to fill out my paperwork (alone) while she prep the room. She invited me in the room only to set my things down and then I was rushed off to the bathroom where I was asked to derobe from the waist down and put on a nightgown. When I got back in the room she immediately had me lie down on the table (in a very cold room) and started the process WITHOUT EXPLAINING TO ME THE PROCESS OR TOOLS! I was very uncomfortable and several times the tubes seem to slip from my bottom leaving me in a puddle of water and waste. I had to advise her several times that the instruments were leaking and that I was uncomfortable. She actually asked me to pull my shirt up so that it didn't get wet rather than to stop the procedure and change the pads underneath me. When she finally did change the pads, she had to do so four times. I was so afraid to actually go to the bathroom that I found myself trying to hold the water in because I didn't want to lay in my waste. I was in very bad pain and felt like I was being tortured. I finally told her that I was very uncomfortable and we stopped the procedure. It was only then that I saw the instrument that she used. It was a metal object not the plastic kind that I thought she would be using from a sterilized clean package. I went into the bathroom dripping wet (she did not wipe or cleanse me) and wipe the waste from my back, backside, and legs. I got home and instantly became very worried about how clean the instrument was, I should have been allowed to see the instrument before she used it and had her explain to me...but she did not. Now I am very afraid that it was not clean! This was one of the most traumatizing experiences of my adult life I won't ever get another colonic... If you choose this person, make her slow down and explain everything to you. ITS YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING TO YOUR BODY!

She is soft spoken and explained everything to me. She made me feel very comfortable, which was good because part of the process is relaxation. Gina was very gentle and talked to me through the whole process. She also put on some soothing meditation music that relaxed me. The room and the bathroom were very clean. I felt that I learned a lot from her in just one visit. She also introduced me to a nutritionist who gave me a lot of pointers. Make sure to bring extra money to tip because she definitely deserves it. I will definitely go back there again, I have already made my second appointment for next month :-)

When I arrived, the experience stayed just as positive. Kyle at the front desk was lovely and welcoming, and Marie, my practitioner, had such calming, great energy. She walked me through each step and made the session feel relaxed and easy. I honestly didn't expect to feel as comfortable as I did. Overall, a great first experience. I knew intuitively this was going to be a positive experience. When I finally met Elanit in person, she was so welcoming. She took the time with me and my daughter to make us feel extremely comfortable. More importantly she immediately gained the trust of my young daughter (who takes a long time to warm up to anyone). Her genuine concern for us was heartwarming and not only did she perform gentle and effective colonics but her knowledge and support she offered afterwards made this experience extremely positive.
