We called Green T because our cable snapped on one of our garage doors. Not only were they responsive, they were patient and efficient! After the technician arrived, he removed the snapped cable, replaced it with a stronger and longer lasting spring. He replaced our rollers and made sure the door functioned properly before leaving. I have been a long-time fan of Green T Windows. When we had all of your windows replaced 7 years ago - I went with Green T Windows. I know the owners, did some contract work for the company - so I had a connection and trust with company in general. We are so content with that decision and are extremely happy with the windows. But then we ordered brand new windows for our new family room addition and that positive view has changed. I honestly did not hesitate to use Green T Windows again - after all, everything we experienced before should just be a continuation. I was wrong. The 6 brand new windows did not seem to be the high quality of the original windows. The did not seem to be as sturdy and the latches seemed of lesser quality. We found out that one of the window slide devices was broken at installation. Luckily the person we hired to do the installation was a former employee of Green T windows and they had a replacement part available. He replaced and all was good. He was so helpful and did a top quality job. He actually did our original window installation so he definitely knows what he is doing. Now, 12 months later after cleaning the windows - one of the windows will not close easily. You have to force it with a lot of strength to close and open it. Not good. I immediately reached out to Green T and was told that the windows were out of warranty and due to the fact that I ordered the windows, but they did not install them - I did not qualify for the extended warranty. Sadly, none of this was explained to me. I assumed that I had the same extended warranty on the new windows as I had on the replacement windows that they installed 7 years earlier. I was wrong. I guess I expected that when you spend hard-earned money on quality windows - you expect them to be quality that lasts for longer than a year and with a decent warranty that covers poor craftsmanship if anything does go bad...no matter if they installed by them or a window installer that we hired. It's not the installation that was bad, it was the faulty window construction. Luckily I found another window company who responded and were able supply the part needed and the window has been repaired. I guess I found our new window company. This company showed up on my property in Spring treated my lawn and taped a bill to my front door. I called the same day and spoke with Bill, explained that I had not ordered their service, nor was I going to pay for it. Their records showed a verbal authorization was given by someone who I do not know. There did not seem to be a problem at the time. Now 4 months later I am getting calls from them asking for their money. Today I spoke with Gregory, who claims to be one of the directors for this company. Again I explained the events, as I did when speaking with Bill. He told me that they always verify their services before any work is done. I am an 83 year old widow. I live alone and never received any calls prior to them just showing up on my property. I told Gregory that I am not going to pay for something I never asked for. His harassing tone grew louder and louder. I asked if he had a recording of the telephone conversation with his company that could authenticate my approval. He said, "yes" and read off an email address that I have not used in 15 years. I explained that if he did not clear this account that I would have my attorney contact them. I asked 5 times for their corporate address, which he never gave to me. He was so confrontational, that at one point he said, "I don't care if you are 83 years old!" I would leave it long review about my experience with them and the incredibly rotten landscaping work they have performed. When I did so on another website, their response was that they do not offer landscaping! After going to their website you will see that they have more than a page and a half as you scroll down through their description of how wonderful their landscaping services are! This means that the clown in charge a viewing in responding to their reviews is as clueless as their subcontracted landscapers. Why would you want to use a company for a specific project, that offers 20 different services? Find a small company that specializes in the service that you need. First, I hired this company to fix an intermittent problem that I was experiencing with my garage door. The employee they sent out was very exemplary. I was impressed with the amount of information he passed on to me about my own garage door in just a few minutes of time. Months later, I called them and many others (including Costco) to give me a quote on a new garage install. I knew what I wanted, therefore all quotes rotated around the exact same door. Actually because of my previous experience with them; I was glad that they quoted me the best pricing. Once again, I can only speak highly of the installers that were sent out to do the work. They wasted no time in taking apart the old door and installing the new door. Well my new door I later found out was slightly heavier than my old door so my old garage door motor was having a little of trouble opening up efficiently. So once again, I called them back to install a newer more powerful and quieter door opener. Am I happy with all three of their visits? Yes, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a seamless experience with a company that trains their employees very well in customer service. read more

These guys are not experts at cleaning rugs. The typical walmart or home depot rugs sure they will clean them but the heavy woven ones...no way. They ruined two rugs and refused to refund the amount or put in a insurance claim to cover the damages. When I asked them if they can clean those types of rugs they said yes but they failed. When I called them out on it their only response was they didn't know they would ruin them until they started to clean them. They are not experts and do not trust them to do any service for my home. The nonsense about "making it right" is completely BS. On top of all of this I had to call them to get updates throughout the process. Please take your business to another small business. I had a garage door opener installed after replacing our broken opener of 25 years in operation. Green T was fast to schedule service then (Nov 21) and advised me to do a maintenance on the door. I am very happy I called them yesterday and got a next day booking for a door maintenance. Our door needed a new strut and rollers, it was making a lot of clattering opening or closing. Now the door runs nearly silently, the only thing you can hear is the chain and gear drive opener. I kind of wish I went for a quieter opening system, and I'm glad I didn't because our garage is detached anyway! Green T has made maintaining our garage an easy task and it's proven to be affordable. Their major repair invoice costs aren't that bad either considering I have a door with a subpar tension setup, getting a new tension setup and reinstallation of the door was quoted at what I see as a economical price. This company is a scam! They advertise $97 for duct cleaning both on the radio and on their online coupons. However, once you call to set up an appointment, the tack on another $40 for a so-called driver's fee?? On top of that, they basically tell you that the $97 is only a light cleaning and that you should pay over $200 more for sufficient cleaning?? As if the $97 isn't sufficient?? Try to do the right thing by keeping your home clean and free of dust and particles considering I have 2 small children. It's companies like this that take advantage of concerned parents and try to extort more money out of them. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I live in a home that was built in the early 1950's. I'm thinking the air ducts had never been cleaned. The associate, Jonathan, from GreenT said my home was in the top ten of worst ducts he'd seen (I asked LOL) Jon was polite and knowledgeable when I asked question. He did the job and left no dust or debris to speak of. I could hear the debris rattling through the hose he used.He removed a duct grate that had been painted over with care so that the paint wasn't damaged. Everything was replaced just as it had been. Duct cleaning included the furnace. Ask for a senior discount. They offer one. read more

I recently purchased a former smoker's house, so duct and vent cleaning was definitely on my list! I called several companies to get quotes and discuss the services provided and cost. Ultimately I chose Green T and am very happy that I did. Gideon was great! Professional and very patient with all my questions. Watching some of what came out of the vents was very interesting but also made me so glad that I had this service! Another concern for me was mold. My inspection prior to purchase uncovered mold in the basement, that was remediated by the former owners... but I know they didn't clean the vents! I have so much more piece of mind knowing that my vents are now clean, and also sanitized to kill any mold or anything else that might still have been floating around. I highly recommend Green T. I will say that they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by internet companies offering cheap vent cleaning. Will use again. I called to make an appointment for a maintenance check on my garage door, primarily because it was long overdue, but also because my door occasionally stopped and reversed half-way up. Scheduling an appointment for the time I wanted was quick and easy. The technician showed up at the appointed time, and was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me a price for the repair. I felt that the price was fair and approved the work. After the initial work was completed, the technician then pointed out to me a long-standing installation problem with the opener that was causing the entire mechanism to shake violently, risking damage to the unit and the supporting structures. Once again, the technician gave me a quick and fair quote for repair. Upon my approval, he quickly performed the work needed and now my opener has never worked this smoothly and quietly!
