I did not hover over the guy who came from Green T Services to clean my ducts just yesterday morning. He SEEMED like he was professional and knew what he was doing. In hindsight, perhaps I should have followed him everywhere. Today as I am vacuuming my home, and I am noticing that many of the vent covers were either not put back in place, or worse yet, were not even touched!!! Now I am really getting aggravated when I take one of the vent covers off and realize that it had not even been opened much less cleaned!!! There are seven vents that were not even touched!! One vent in the front room I know for a fact was not touched because the fabric softener sheets my husband had put in there were still there!!! How do you "clean" the duct and yet NOT remove old dryer sheets? What did he do? Put them back after he vacuumed in there??!! I THINK NOT!!! WTH!!! I paid a crap load of $$$ for this service, and this is what I get??!!! This same guy went directly to my sons home afterwards, and he was not any better there. In fact, he was even worse because my son had to do at least half the job this guy was being paid for!!! I KNOW that my son ended up with a much better cleaning than I did, but ONLY because he hovered over the guy the majority of the time to make sure the job was ACTUALLY being done!!! That is just SO WRONG!!! I thought I was letting a pro in my home to really clean my ducts. Instead, I got a chatty guy with little skill in the way of doing his job well!!! I will be seeking some kind of reimbursement. Certainly I deserve at least that!!! Check out some pics of the "cleaning" that was done. Let me start my review with I have a little guy named Maxie he has been neutered but when we aren't home he likes to let everyone know on the outside that he lives here! You guessed it he marks! Needless to say on our sofa and loveseat and throw pillows. So I did some searching and decided to give Green T services a call and I set an appointment to have them cleaned. I was a little worried because the sofas are from Walter E Smithe! Daniel showed up for his appointment on time and he explained everything he was going to do and I did let him know about the materials in the cushions and throw pillows he took his time and did a AMAZING job I could not have been more impressed by his work and how beautiful everything has turned out and we no longer know that Maxie has Marked. I searched around but prices were to high, I called Green T and spoke with Michael D and explained my schedule and that I am in a budget, wow what a nice man very compassionate and patient, I was explaining all of my life ups and downs, he worked around my schedule and budget he didn't hang up until he helped me and accommodated me with all my life challenges. I started with Green T about a year ago. Actually waiting for them to arrive today... My lawn does look tons better with no weeds or crab grass in the lawn. I think their guys do a nice job and they are very polite and personable and professional. Pleasing people who have varying attitudes and expectations is difficult. I have therefore a lot of compassion for people who do seasonal work like this. Driving all day, walking yards in hot weather and smiling in the process for what I am sure is not a great hourly rate. Be aware that if you feel disappointed, just call their line and ask for a tech to come back out and do whatever you need done to fix your issue. I have never asked them to come back but I have learned to call ahead and ask them to be sure to instruct the tech to spray for weeds in a certain area. I try to be home when they arrive too to point out areas that need special attention. Realize - they don't automatically know what you consider to be 'precious plants and flowers'. If they see a weed in the middle of a garden of flowers will they spray - probably not? Not sure? ASK THEM. I will admit I don't like getting their calls about additional products and services and have asked them to not call me about the aeration service again. read more

Spoke with Kevin in sales and he was great to work with...was able to get scheduled quicker than I thought would be possible and the price was very reasonable. The technician, Jon D., arrived on time and was really personable. Showed him around and we discussed everything that he was going to do for us. The representative on the phone told me that only the first 6 feet of the ducts would be cleaned under the $99 special. To clean the whole ducts completely it cost me $349. I had my carpet cleaned today by Daniel L., he did a WONDERFUL job. He came in and took a look, told me exactly what his plan was and listened to my expectations for the cleaning. He paid special attention to the spots I pointed out and when it was all done he had me come take a look and further explained about drying time. On January 24, 2020 I was calling around for air duct cleaning. I called GreenTServices Air Duct cleaning to discuss pricing. I was talking to a guy name Michael Jordan.; not the basketball pro. His pricing with a little high, so I told him I would call him back. I did not return his call right away and he proceeded to call my husband's phone, but he did not answer. After looking for a reasonable price I found a company to come out to do our air ducts. As I was driving home on 1/24/20, GreenT called me again. I answered and it was Michael Jordan calling to discuss coming out to do our air duct cleaning. I told him I found another company and he went off on me. He yelled at me "why would you do that" I told him I have a right to look elsewhere. He said "You are going to get ripped off and I have been doing this for over 25 years". I told he I had done my research and found a company with better pricing. He said "Oh you have cancelled before and we don't want to work with people like you and was putting me on the list" I told him he wouldn't have to worry about that and hung up. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and I don't deserve to be treated like that. When I signed up for the service, I had specifically told them NOT to auto renew - which the sales person assured me that it would not auto renew. However, the company continued to provide services and I called them to cancel. They did not stop and proceeded to charge my credit card WITHOUT my authorization since they had it from the prior transaction. I called them back on September 15th and asked to cancel again and was told that they will "at their convenience". I have asked for a cancellation number and/or confirmation that services have been cancelled and was told that "industry standard is that we don't provide a cancellation number. I can make one up for you if you want?". This is a company that cheats, is rude and unprofessional with a mafia like approach. We had a great experience with Green T for our landscaping needs. We did a "spring clean up." Someone came out quickly to survey and provide a quote. We were told it would be a couple months because it's busy season, we understood because we called pretty late in the game. They actually came a month early in the end, which was awesome. There were 5 workers who mulched, cleared weeds and brush, trimmed bushes and trenched. I couldn't be happier. These guys busted their butts for 8 straight hours. It turned out better than I would have expected. I had no idea how overgrown our bushes were and all the crap that was in our beds that needed to be removed. I hadn't read reviews prior, so I'm surprised to see the negative ones. I'll double check to make sure nothing was auto renewed, but they were very impressive! read more

I had my deck removed and new patio and small decking created. The patio was very nice and came with a 5 year guarantee. The deck was pathetic and I never got what I paid for. I paid for metal rods in between the decking and they put in plastic. The workers, if they showed, showed for if best 2 hours and would leave. It was pathetic. $46,000 later, they never called me for a final walk through - see if I was happy - nothing. They put the entire bill on my charge card. Exactly one year later and my spindles or rods on my deck are all falling out. I called Green T today to be told that side of the business is out of business and I am out of luck. I have to say I'm pleased with the response of green T to my concerns and am upgrading my review. They scheduled a free service call and the technician who came out today was very knowledgeable. He found my invoice on the ground by our front door as it must have blown off the door, though the sign in the yard would be nice each time. The technician assessed the yard and it's try from drought and was cut short just before the drought which didn't help. He assured me it would come back and that they would have it looking great. He spot treated some additional areas and did some seeding of bare spots, all at no charge. Original review: I may update this review later if I feel satisfied with the service in the end, but from what I can tell this year they have a good talk but need to learn to walk the walk. Several times I've had to call because I didn't think they even came because the technician has not left any sign in the yard or notice like they are supposed to. Left a message for them to call me and three days later it was not returned so I had to call them again, and right now our lawn is looking pretty bad. Most of the weeds are gone but our neighbors yards actually look better and we're the only one with the lawn service. I ordered carpet cleaning. All went well with that. Just have an uneasy feeling with my account manager. Called in to have a quote and you simply can't get that easily. The guy I dealt with is a typical used car salesman. I gave him a competitor quote and he ripped on the competition right away. I get there are differences and you can be proud of the company you work for but it is off-putting to just hear that. I do get you can't compare apples to oranges with all services but I never used this company before so how do I know they are "the best". In any event, my guy showed up on time and did a great job on the carpets. Then told me I should clean my ducts. So I said great I could use a quote. He said he would leave an estimate but did not, though again that is okay since he was working hard on the carpets. The next day I was in contact with the billing department as they needed the payment for the carpet cleaning (why the tech did not have a square reader is beyond me). At this time I mentioned the duct cleaning and the billing guy said my account rep would contact me. So he did the next day and day after as I was a bit too busy to talk to him. Finally, as I took his call we went into me asking for a quote for duct cleaning. Again, the used car salesman approach was to just tell me how busy they are and how they can't just quote. But did tell me they are raising their prices. At this point, I still have no idea how much duct cleaning is. He just really wanted to put me on the schedule. Finally threw out some pricing without knowing the size of the home, how many ducts and returns. In summary, the service for the carpet cleaning was very good and their tech was great! So I wish I could give them 5 stars. They just really need to fix the bad sales approach and get to a competitive pricing model. I was happy with the services they provided for our landscaping last fall. We specifically asked if the bushes and plants they planted were ok for full sun and were reassured they would be fine. Start of this summer all 3 front bushes they planted are dead from the direct sunlight. I'm typically not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. We are currently in the process of changing all of our windows and the patio door. Even though our project has not yet been completed, I already feel that our decision to go with Green T was the right one. Our sales person Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Kat and Eric from the office have done an amazing job explaining and coordinating everything, always being professional and never coming off as bothered or annoyed by questions. But who we were really impressed by is the install crew, Noah and Josh. We all know that the upfront employees can be great but it all comes down to the install. These guys were beyond professional, experienced, and most importantly detail oriented. The way they worked on our large specialty living room window, it was almost like they were doing the job for their family. I will be calling the office tomorrow to ensure we get the same crew for the 2nd part of the job. We already had neighbors approach us for information, after seeing how Noah and Josh worked tediously to ensure no detail was overlooked.
