We were so impressed, we even hired his company to take over our lawn care right away. He promised to send us the project quote the next day. Four days later, after hearing nothing, I followed up by text and voicemail -- no response. A full week went by with complete silence. We had already let our previous lawn company go because we'd hired him, and now we were left unsure if anyone was actually maintaining our property. Even a mutual contractor who originally introduced us tried reaching out to him on our behalf with no luck. The crew did show up once to mow the grass, and we promptly paid the invoice for that single visit. But after that, nothing -- no contract, no communication, and no quote for the work we were eager to start. It's disappointing, because the owner seemed professional and the company handles everything from lawn care to remodeling -- but reliability is everything. Ghosting a customer after a promising start says a lot. Hopefully, the owner tightens up communication in the future, but based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend this company for dependability.
