Max came to repair my 3 year old front load Maytag Washer which had a drain blockage and the washer door was locked due to water in the machine not draining. I had a code F9 E1 on the display panel. He brought all equipment needed, and within 2 hours cleared the blockage and cleaned out the filter, suctioned the water from the machine, and tested and reset my machine. It works like new again. However, I'm updating my review because the owner personally reached out to me to discuss the situation. she listened, took my concerns seriously, and committed to making it right by covering the repair. That kind of accountability and customer care goes a long way. While the initial experience was rocky, the owner's willingness to step in and resolve the issue speaks well of the company's integrity. I appreciate businesses that stand behind their customers when it counts. Hopefully this is a sign of the service others can expect going forward. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.
