I saw this company on yelp. Needed a minor repair on my fridge. So, I requested service for someone to come out and diagnose and repair. The lights are out on the interior cooling section. A man called back and gave us his phone number. We called back and made an appointment for the next day. He called an hour early and said he was on his way. He actually arrived about a half hour early. He said that his name is Tony Huckabee!!?? He was dressed unprofessionally. He had a tee shirt on only. During the visit he was continually acting very unprofessional. Basically, he claimed that "all seven lights have to be changed". This was after he made a phone call without identifying who he was calling. He said, " there were no replacement lights available at the factory ". Then he said, "if there were, they would cost $27.00 apiece." I told him that we got one light to try out from Amazon, and it was $8.00. So, he said that "go ahead and order them from Amazon." Michael came out with his son to replace the blower on my double oven. They were fast and efficient and explained why the part failed. Don't, I repeat DON'T bake bacon in your oven. The grease slowed down the spinning and thus the fan failed. His pricing was very reasonable and he was very responsive. I'm glad he can fix any appliance we have. Complete crooks! We had called MIKE SENIOR to come fix our oven door hinge and oven light bulb. I had paid $208 in advance to get the repairs done. Nearly a month later I contacted him because when I inspected their job, it was never completed. He had informed me that they were waiting on a part and would fix it the following week. Another month had passed and again he did not fix the door despite claiming it was now fixed! (door hinge was bent and not closing as well as the light was not working) I tried contacting One Stop Appliances and eventually they just stopped responding to my messages and never returned my calls. Once these scam artists have your money they completely abandon you. ALL I NEEDED FIXING WAS A LIGHT BULB AND A DOOR SPRING! 2 months later I was forced to have another appliance service shop come to diagnose and fix One Stop's incomplete job. They had informed me that the hinge One Stop was supposed to replace was bend and the oven door was not closing properly, as well as the light bulb cover is now missing and the bulb is still not replaced and exposed making the oven unusable. For about a week our refrigerator seemed to not be cooling correctly. I cleaned the coils but it didn't help. When the temperature hit 60+ degrees, I decided I needed help. He went above and beyond to find parts and fix our 17 year old appliance and while he was in my home; reset an out of line door on my wall oven. We have an LG washer dryer. They haven't worked well since they were installed. I called LG a couple of times. Each time they had me stand in front of machines and diagnose any problems with my iPhone. No problems. last week I called Mike at AAA One stop Appliance when my wife smelled gas coming from the dryer. My took the dryer apart and cleaned all the lint out of it. He ordered a part, it arrived Thursday and Mike came back and installed it on Friday. He then showed me how to clean lint trap on washer. The units have been a source of frustration for 5 years.
