I needed to hang a heavy flag on the outside of my house. I could probably do the job myself. But, since jobs like this often have things go wrong, I decided to get somebody with experience. I'm glad I did, because there were a couple things that were "problems": the hardware supplied with the flag would not have held in Nevada winds, the location and size of the wall studs were different than expected, and the house stucco was a bit more flimsy than normal. I requested a qoute in November to have 3 ceiling fans and a light fixture installed and Brian got back quickly with a very decent price. He showed up at the scheduled time and finished the installations in one long day.
