As I walked to the pharmacy, I noticed CVS has moleskin and picked a couple packs up because my husband and daughter use it sometimes when they wear certain shoes. At 11 a.m. the line for the pharmacy wasn't long, I was third in line. The pharmacy tech was polite and professional as she looked me up in the system. Apparently I had guessed wrong and she just smiled and said no problem when I explained I had made an error. She let me pay for the moleskin there rather than having to get in line again at the front store cashiers. Overall a quick trip to CVS where my service needs were met satisfactorily.

Luckily I was already parked behind the Walgreens where the CVS is located (funny that they are in…read morethe same parking lot really.) I walked inside instead of using the drive- through today. The pharmacy tech asked for my birthday. I kind of said it fast so she inputted the wrong day and then asked me if my name was ---? I didn't catch it but it wasn't me. I had placed my DL and insurance card on the table in front of her so she could've checked them but she just asked my bday again. This time we got it right. Technically she used two forms of identification by asking my birthday then name which is what is legally required, but I think after the first error in communication, she should have just looked at my ID. Anyway that's just a little feedback. It all worked out. The pharmacist explained my medications to me and smiled when I said I understood. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes because no other customers were present. Overall an efficient trip!

This pharmacy is fine, I needed something (got it) it wasn't covered (they added a discount), got my stuff and left. Nikki and her staff go above and beyond to renew prescriptions, answer questions, even suggestions with insurance coverage. They provide excellent service to the community. When I stopped by today, I saw the pharmacy was closed. Nikki, is this a temporary closure, or do you plan to reopen in a new location?

Not helpful at all. The urgent care sent a prescription for my son's sinus infection to them and…read morethey didn't have that medication. They-refused to forward it to another Pharmacy so now my son has to wait another day for me to reach the Dr and have him send the Prescription else where. Not the first time they don't have something. It doest't occur to them to reach out to the client to let them know they're not able to fill a prescription. They waited so long to notify me that my prescription became invalid and was no longer supported by my insurance When you walk in to Hendrix the staff acts like you're a bothering them. I am all for supporting the mom and pop stores which is why we decided to go there but now they're impacting our health. I am done with them. Gloria

No ability to speak to a human but endless automated options that just lead to even more automated options! It's a pharmacy. The job IS customer based, you can't just offload that onto a machine.
