Potential tenants be advised that this is a tobacco smoking community. We don't smoke and our apartment always smelled like it. It just comes with the neighborhood. After 5 years of paying our rent on time, keeping our apartment immaculate, and never having any issues with neighbors, they falsely accused us of causing damage (the nature of which would have been physically impossible for us to cause) to have a scapegoat for their failure to repair unsafe living conditions and told us that if we didn't give notice they would evict us. We were retaliated against for continuing to complain about the problem, a plumbing issue that caused physical harm to us, including my 8-year-old daughter. After we were forced out, the managers posted a defamatory response to an online review of mine, so this review is aimed to give the details to help you make an informed decision if you're considering renting here. Our personal experience aside (however, be aware that we've seen similar issues arise with other tenants as well), the photos and state of the property speak for themselves. The buildings have been falling into disrepair for years and there is no professional maintenance. I would not suggest you view this as a safe or secure place to live.
