Glory the manager goes out of her way to handle any issues presented to her Rick who takes care of maintenance has always been prompt and helpful if a problem arises. This is a place with 45 units, but the two of them manage to Cover everything. The residents here are very nice, and many friendships are developed here. I really only have positive things to say. I mean they're beautiful inside I…read morespoke to Sandra on October 28th about the applications I submitted she called me back a few days later and told me everything was approved but my social was flagged (DUE TO SOMEONE USING MY SOCIAL FRAUD) she said the owners asked me to go and get proof that my social security number belongs to me, I did I submitted that paperwork along with copies of my ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD along with my husbands ID and Social so a few days go by and nothing from her not even a call so I reach out to her because mind you she said we met all standards income wise and evictions wise that she was just waiting on the owners to tell her if I was approved she said as you can see in the photos she thinks I should look someso today November 6th I message her to ask her if the owners approved or denied me and after I paid for the application fees (35$) each money order she stated that they were going to be looking at other applications I asked her why I got denied she said I didn't get denied but that they are looking at other applications, to me that sounds a little off because she told me first come first serve im not sure if it's because my husband and I age (24&25) I'm not sure why I got pushed to the side but definitely very unprofessional its super hard to get into these apartments even if you met all requirements so stay away from these apartments IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

One woman barely looked up before saying, "Come back at 3:30." We returned at 3:19, no one else was there, I asked if we could tour now since we had already returned 2 hours later. She pointed some people just around the river bend outside the window lol. She told us to sit down and said she'd take us at 3:30. When other staff came in, she disappeared to the back. That's when we left. Finding housing is already stressful. As someone who works in this industry, I can say this is not how you treat potential residents. Makes me want to become a secret shopper again I refuse to spend my money with someone who is clearly incompetent, and lazy. I mean this is who you would have to communicate with if there is ever anything amiss in your unit. I'm glad we walked out, we found a beautiful condo in a much nicer community. Again just go with Greystar and avoid this mess. Majestic Realty Co. tsk tsk ;). I hope the owners get a hold of hiring staff, looked like it could be a nice place if they focus on what customer service does for a business.
