The policy wrapped around dog owners not picking up after themselves is no joke, when we arrived to the property a pit bull was running around and the property team sniped the doggy poo poo. This wasn't just one employee, it was several who were passionate about enforcing their policy, and ensuring standards are met for the quality of life of the other residents. Well Done! Tiffany was fantastic and incredibly attentive to our needs, we had our Siberian Husky with us and he was not loving that Redland heat, Tiffany gave our pooch Max a cup of water and made his day. Sadly, we did not move into this property, we took a property in Big Bear due to my wife's health this was our number one choice, had we not taken Big Bear we would have been happy residents at Rosewood. We both highly recommend stopping by and having a chat with the team here!

Residents are filthy when throwing away their trash with no consideration if the bag opens with trash all over the floor. The front desk receptionist was advised, and she tried to justify why he was going through our belongings. When we clearly have proof in the email saying, we weren't gonna be out until a certain date. And she tries to brush it off and apologize, saying she thought I would've been out sooner. My privacy was invaded. Please don't let me forget the little front desk receptionist which goes by the name Rocio. She is a very rude individual. I don't see why they have her as manager. Also, she lives on the property and makes people feel very uncomfortable !!! She's very unprofessional and gets out of line and does not know her place!!
