Called everywhere in town looking for a Place to get my 2 year old's prescription glasses. The only specialist in town is only open 2 days a week and I haven't heard anything good about them. This place was amazing from the start! They were so good with my 2 year old and let her try on what she wanted and made the whole process so easy. I will be letting our pediatrician know as well so she can send little ones here instead of the usual place she recommends, which is only open 2 days a week. read more

Tried to get an appointment but they asked for My SSN. I informed them that it it is illegal to require my SSN and I would be happy to provide my last 4 and other info so they could verify my insurance. They could not deal with it and said I had no insurance. Took two days of back and forth of their front office incompetence. After I gave up I called a different optometrist and it took them 5 minutes to confirm my insurance and make an appointment with no SSN given. Would give zero stars if I could read more

Not happy with Doctors since Dr Lee has not been there. Had to go back twice to get contact prescription changed. Finally went back to prescription Dr Lee had prescribed last time she saw me. My glasses got scratched, I returned them for repair. Now new lenses are not the same. I took them back and they said that they found no issues with them. They are completely different. I have been going there for many years. Will not be returning to this place for my next annual. read more

I was experiencing a personal tragedy, in that my glasses had just broken and I need them desperately at work. I called so many places and was told they were no appointments no availabilities, one place went out of their way to call me back when I had left him a message to tell me we have an opening for you middle of next month! The worst i went woth son and husband for eye exam and it took 15 for them to do all 3 i thought rather quick then was told husband no longer needs his glasses but my son n i do. Oddly my son n i never needed y now dr just said u cant read right so sold us 2 pairs of expensive glasses which i saw worse when before had no problem. Decided to get second opinions for both n to my surprise we got scammed the new dr said glasses not needed great vision just needed lubrication drops for both. I my husband needed high prescriptions for him. I don't recall the name of the doctor that saw me, but I do know it wasn't Dr. Lee or Dr. Mosiman. The doctor asked me if I had insurance and when I said I didn't she responded with "if 'the illegals' can get insurance then you can too."
