The store l is clean and any time I have had to use the facilities they have also been clean. It is a large store, and I have had some issues with product, but customer service has always been able to fix the issue. Everyone makes mistakes. Give them a chance to fix it without feeling they've done something on purpose. You will find that your kindness and respect will get you the help those employees wish to give you. If you have a problem, ask for the store manager and don't yell at the employee. The majority of their employees se are hardworking people that have to deal with multiple customer personality types, managers, and situations (including being yelled at for things they cannot control) that we might find difficult to handle. Consider for a moment that maybe the previous person they helped was not the nicest person in the world or life has thrown them a curve. Could you do any better? I was expecting bare-bones service to go along with their low prices, but I was pleasantly surprised by the patience, care, and attention to detail that all of the staff members showed. Their prices are generally good to start with, but with discounts and/or coupons from the GoodRX app, they're a great place if you don't have insurance or have high copays. Some of my copays are actually higher than the cash prices, after GoodRX discounts. Recommended.
