He explained the exact bolt, location, and wrench size I needed to address my issue. He even offered me to call him back when I was at the location should I need further advice!!! It's only 5 mg of oxycodone, but they were given to my neighbor and they delivered to the wrong apartment which on the piece of paper said 108. The driver admitted that he never seen me not give the medication to me. I have a letter stating I was in an intensive outpatient program and information from transportation about the I was dropped off, which was about an hour and a half after they were signed for by my neighbor the signatures didn't even match that being said this man who runs this was rude. He was angry. He wouldn't let me speak. You could barely understand what he was saying because he was so angry at you you had to be rude to cut so you can at least try to tell him about your evidence which by the way I have a video camera right outside my door. I don't know what else I can do to prove that I was not meds were delivered to the wrong place. I made a police report. He will not accept the police report nor give me my medication's and told me he doesn't deal with me anymore. He was rude mean treated me like a drug addict and I would never go there again and now I have to go a month without pain meds because he won't do the right thing that's required by law unless I start fighting him which I may actually do.

According to them I am to change certain parts every two weeks but was not told this until 10 months after starting my CPAP therapy so I was using parts that grow bacteria even after cleaning for 3-4 months at time. They were not helpful when I started my CPAP and was breaking out due to the mask fit. I've had an overall horrible experience with this company and it all started on day 1 (literally). To the people complaining about the prices; this is a small business that doesn't have corporate sponsorship or the ability to buy big box store quantities resulting in slightly higher prices, but very much improved quality. To the people complaining about the service; when I was there shopping there were only two people working, which as an adult who works in retail customer service understands, just because it's not busy inside, it doesn't mean the worker's are not busy. I highly recommend Black Horse Farm for great plants, delicious baked goods, and friendly local service. I even want to mention that when it comes to customer service, one of the employees overheard me talking about Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, and when I mentioned they didn't have any, they went to the back and got one for me that was still cooling; that's customer service. So, if you are someone who appreciates the nuance of shopping local, I can not recommend Black Horse Farm enough, but if you're a whiny adult who needs their hand held at all times while shopping, and gets offended with someone quickly answering a question while continuing to do their work (again, small staff but still lots of work to do), perhaps you should go to a corporate big box store. The product I bought, made by Gron, was delicious dark chocolate and very effective. It was reasonably priced and she sleep through the night. I'm sure I'll be revisiting Riverbend many times in the future.

I also love supporting local businesses. I like being able to call a number where a human being (a really nice one named Leah) picks up the phone right away, and can answer all my questions. I like when someone like Leah can tell me what they have in stock that fits my needs, and how soon I could get it delivered. I like that Leah can give me a good price, and I like that the price includes delivery, installation, and taking away the old item that I'm replacing. I really like that the item in question (a fridge) got delivered when they said it would, and that there were no problems, or hidden charges. If #1 above resonates with you, HL Snyder is probably not the place you want to shop. Their website has a few options, but you're not going to be able to see their entire selection, and handle everything online. You may have to speak to a person, or go into the showroom. If #2 sounds like you, give HL Snyder a call, and they'll fix you up very nicely.
