They never apologized...until over a week of coming back to speak with the manager- who never called or showed up. I do not like posting bad reviews and it is very unfortunate that it took me getting upset with them and pressing them for over a week to return the cost of the "cleaning". We did buy a replacement Buffy comforter because they are amazing. There was no compensation for this.

I didn't do the laundry myself because of time constraints, so I used the fluff and fold drop off service, and I needed same day service. Annette, ( I hope I'm remembering her name correctly), was very gracious. I got laundry clean and folded nicely, even socks and underwear, the same day as promised. I came back several times until my machine was repaired. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. They saved my life!
