Brought two sweaters in to be cleaned about six months ago. Looked at the first and it was not clean. They said oh yes after I bright it back and they redid it.?it was OK but not great. DO NOT GO HERE! Hands down the WORST cleaning company in Colorado. This companies customer service Isent bad it's horrible. I have never walked in and ever felt welcome. A guy named Derek was there and truly could not welcome me any worse. Over 10 Years of living here they have lost 10+ dresses and tons of suits shirts and even a sleeping bag. You call and talk to them and all the unintelligent area manager says is "your wrong". Last strike for me I came back with 4 dress shirts and 1 dress all with tears or rips in them and they would take no responsibility. Also all there shirts are "green" such a lie. Recently my new dry cleaner even showed me they all go to the same center and charge double with so many problems. Go anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE! Go anywhere else than here. Wow! What amazing customer service. I noticed a rip in my dress and Mike from management immediately helped in fixing the situation. Not only did he get their taylor to fix my dress he tried to go the boutique I bought it at to purchase a new one. He also had it ready in 2 days for my trip out of town. GreenEarth Cleaning is a license affiliate with around 20 participating locations in the Denver area. GreenEarth Cleaners use environmentally non-toxic dry cleaning process that replaces petroleum-based solvents with liquid silicone (100% odor-free). 70% of all dry cleaners uses Perchloroethylene (PERC) which causes brain damage, 25% uses hydrocarbon solvents (better than PERC) but is still classified by the EPA as a volatile air contaminant (VOC), the remaining 5% uses GreenEarth. They might cost $1 or $2 more than typical cleaners but it's much cheaper than treating cancer. read more

Would have given them 6 stars if possible!!! The staff is super friendly. My 5 star rating is compliments of the manager - Reanna. I had a soiled couch cushion (foam) that needed cleaning and Reanna was very honest about the possibility of it getting ruined in the cleaning process. I decided I didn't have anything to loose cause I was looking at replacing the foam anyway if it didn't work (to the tune of $300). She said she wouldn't charge me if it got ruined. So $30 later, I have 2 cleaned foam cushions and clean cushion covers, YAY!!!! read more

I've been a Great Customer at Green Earth Cleaners in Castle Pines since it opened for the past 4 years or more. The service when it first opened was Fabulous really great stuff. In the past two years the cleaning quality has really gone down hill. The shirt service crams so many shirts together with a twist tie that the collars are smashed. Last week I wanted to pick up my clothes after hours from a locker. So i called and requested a locker and the Girl over the phone told me she did not know how to put clothes into a Locker and that i can come in tomorrow. Looks like the customer service training does not exist. Today i needed to take a shirt back that got torched by there hot steam presses. Ruined the nice soft Tommmy Bahama shirt. I also had to hear from the manager how her pressers would never over press a shirt. Cry me a river you ruined it! After 4 or 5 years of steady business to them every week I'm heading some place. If you Like your Shirts torched it's a great place to go. They did offer to pay for the shirt put the manager made it know it's going to be difficult to get a check. I would not recommend this company any more headed some place else! read more

Not Happy at all I have noticed that several of my shirts the buttons were torched and are brittle and crumbling apart.

Not the cheapest! They are convenient, I like the curbside service and the fact that they haven't lost any of my cloths yet; that I know if. . My old cleaner use to fix loose buttons, Greenearth doesn't do that for me. read more

This is the worst place I have ever ran across and I highly recommend people do take their clothing there! Please. Their customer service is absolutely awful. After losing a piece of clothing they accused us of taking our cleaning to another establishment. They do not own up to their mistakes and that is just wrong. read more
