I went to pick them up…read morea few days later and all of the shirts had the same stains/marks, and stuff on them and they still smelled used, (like cologne and deodorant). I also find that one shirt, a custom dress shirt my mom had made for me for my birthday that I loved. From a company that no longer exists. Had been ripped in the back of the shirt. Then as I'm inspecting my suits, 2 of my suits were also ripped. One being a Dolce & Gabanna. I took them all back and spoke with the lady working and she was very apologetic and said that sometimes things like this happen and she's so sorry, and to come back in on Monday to speak with the owner or manager and she'll make sure she has the shirts and suits with stains cleaned. I go in today to speak with the manager and I did not get the type of response I was expecting. The level of customer service from the manager was absolutely disgraceful. She immediately claimed that I ripped them before bringing them in and they had those rips there when I brought them in. I told her that that is not true and something needs to be done about this. And she said that she isn't going to do anything and that I'm not getting a refund, even though I never said I wanted one, just something to be done about the expensive suits and shirt they ruined. She was very snobby and rude and told me to get the hell out of her store. Turns out, this is not the first time she's been rude like that.. I find out from my mom that when I was out of town my mom has brought a suit of mine in to have cleaned and she was rude to my mom and tried to lecture my mom about not getting on to me for taking care of it and said things like "if I was his mom I wouldn't" and things that are none of her business. I will never be going back to this place and definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anybody. Total between my dress shirt and suits that got ripped are around 1600$. This is sad. Many people have commented on my Facebook post saying Fosters did the same thing. Ripped their items, were rude to them, told them to basically get lost when they ruined something.

I went to this Pride location because I had heard good things about Pride in Westport and around midtown. Dude, every experience with this store has been disappointing and frustrating. I had a pair of slacks I took in on my first visit along with several dress shirts. I had to take the slacks back THREE times in order to get some small spots removed that were caused by a milkshake that splashed on a floor in a restaurant near were I was standing (simple protein stains) THREE TIMES I had to take them back because the spots continued showing up every time I went to pick them up. I was offered no apology and no compensation for all of the repeat visits. Then I started uncovering the dress shirts I got back from them in my closet and there was no starch and no seams pressed on the shirts!!!!! Everytime I dropped shirts off I requested heavy starch. They ignored all of my requests. Guys...a dry cleaner? I have few requests. #1 Clean my clothes #2 iron the shirts and add starch when I request it. These people aren't even kind. Just a warning before you invest the time and money that I did in the NKC location. Find another dry cleaner.

Nature's Touch burned (ruined) a custom $1,000+ suit jacket and the owner was unwilling to take any…read moreaccountability. Their response is of course that their machines are incapable of burning clothes. I wore the jacket once, only use this dry cleaner. This begs the question of how did the jacket get burned? If you care about your clothes, and the integrity of a business and it's employees, do not go to Nature's Touch; the will burn you (no pun intended). As a 32 year old traveling salesman, they will loose the value of having me as a client for the next 30 years. I will also make an effort to ensure everyone I know in KC is aware not to use this dry cleaner. A question for the owner - was it really worth not reimbursing (or even crediting my account) for this loss? Regardless of your answer today, you will come to find that you made a grave mistake. if you decide to "make things right" you should know how to contact us.

I read the address, head to this very nice shop, and walk in. I'm greeted cheerily, the place actually smells nice, and I present my magic ticket. I'm here to pick up a suit - sorry I took so long. Friendly conversation - "oh, you'd be surprised, we have people leave things for months." (My wife would never allow such a thing!) I pick up the suit, get told to enjoy the super bowl next week, and the suit - less magically - gets hung up in my closet by my own self. However, my wife has made a recovery from her death bed - guess she wasn't as sick as she let on. So why did *I* have to get the suit?
