Working with Charlene was such a smooth and stress-free experience (everything I needed!). She created CAD plans to scale, which really eased my worries, confusion and all the unknown. They demolished a large concrete patio and removed it. Then replaced support posts that held up our patio roof. Then they cleared out the entire backyard and installed drainage. They installed pavers across the entire length of the house and yard, a large patio, and a 16'x20' area for a gazebo. They did a beautiful job. Next they installed a 25'x40' area of turf and bordered it with pavers. Then they placed drip irrigation for future additions. Jose introduced me to a friend who gave us a great deal on gray rock to fill all the remaining areas. They built a beautiful fence to border the yard. Finally they built and installed the gazebo. I sent him pictures and he told me it would be $950.to trim plants and pull weeds, that were just pulled last month!!! there is no lawn just plants that need trimming and some weeds, and we just got a service 1.5 months ago, so it's not out of ridiculous order... it's a kept backyard .. he is insane and a price gouger. if you want to pay 10 times the amount for something you can probably do yourself hit up this guy..

I asked for four trees to be pruned but had a last minute addition of a pine tree, and they accommodate it right there and then. Jose and Jorge came at 9am as what I've been told and worked on the trees, Leo went in to check with them after an hour which I like because it shows that he values his customer and making sure that the work is being done. The guys are very respectful of the property, they're polite and they went above and beyond what's needed to be done. They left my property clean. Sarah is the one who communicates with me through phone about things like payment, and added last minute services. She's kind and awesome, answering all my questions and making sure everything is done according to my liking.
