Today now over a month I get my car get mad instantly because the car is still messed up fenders still messed up, hood still messed up, scratches all over the place, bumper clips busted, washer fluid neck completely off, air box and hose half way off , wires that are bare wrapped with another wire just hanging out, wrong plastic clips held by hope and a prayer because they are not the correct ones with other problems too. The manager is conveniently on vacation. Ive paid them my insurance has paid them I asked for my money back and they refused. They've claimed shipping issues which might be the case but still yet over a month I think not they kept ordering the wrong headlights 3 maybe 4 times and still all of the other issues with my car that aren't fixed over a month and paid in full. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. Anita was wonderful Todd was useless Jeff is lost and the tech that worked on the car apparently didnt understand the assignment. Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could and would of done a better job than this! My next step is the BBB because this isn't okay at all! I wouldn't allow these people near a car if I had known it would come out like this! So if youre looking for a shop I'd keep looking if I were you!

We expected to have to leave the truck a few days, but no. Instead they took our truck immediately to the bay, gave us a tour of the shop , which in itself was the cleanest one we've ever been in, then brought us back to our RV, and in return offered to pick us up when truck was finished - all within 3 hours time. We have recommended them to all our RV friends in the area.

But they charged me $367 to replace bolts in the rear end of my car above my axle instead of addressing the problem that I had taken it in for.. I did not have a leak in the back of my car, and there was no recall although Honda did mention the bolts could be problematic. I went back a few days later as it was still leaking oil, they said they still couldn't find the leak!. Took the car to a different mechanic yesterday and they located the leak right away. I have photos to prove it. Called Hk yesterday to let them know that another mechanic located the leak, I ask to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car and was told by the GM that it was the most likely the owner and he would not speak to me... this tells me everything I need to know!! BEWARE

I rented a U-Haul and returned during business hours only to find my receipt (emailed the next day)…read moreshowing an after hours return fee, a fuel charge service fee, and 4 gallons of fuel fee. It was returned with the same amount of fuel. I drove 91 miles and put 10 gallons of gas in. I have submitted a picture of the fuel gage at return to uhaul, but I'm having to prove and email back and forth with U-Haul to get all the over charges put back on my card. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I have never had this with a U-Haul before, I will never rent from lanning again. Ogles in Columbus always has clean trucks and they're friendly and don't try to screw you over with false charges.
