All I can say is "WOW". This company is First Class service at its Best!! I have been searching for weeks looking for a company that specializes in extreme hoarding and biohazard waste cleanup. I needed a company fast to clean up a really bad hoarding situation in the basement of my home in Rockaway Queens. I found Frank of "Green Ex Cleanout Services" after researching many companies. The other companies took hours to respond and had limitations on what they can do; a few companies told me it will take them 2 to 3 days to complete that level of work. I contacted " Green Ex Cleanout Services"and Frank returned my call immediately. Frank gave me an appointment within 2 days to complete the job and communicated with me each day prior to the job. Based on the pictures I sent to Frank, I initially thought 1 dumpster would be enough but it was more than I expected. Just a few words on Greenex Cleanouts. I called this company in June, 2011 and spoke to the owner, Frank Panetta, about the issue in a family member's apartment. I mentioned to him that this was a very sensitive situation and I would appreciate if he would stop by and take a look at what had to be done. He spoke with concern for the family member and myself and understood my feelings and circumstances. He said he was doing a job on the day that I wanted him to come by but I guess he heard in my voice how sad I was and he told me that he would leave the job site and come by to take a look. I told Frank I would be there around 3:30 P.M., however, I was running late and called him to let him know and he said, "don't worry I will wait for you and don't rush"...when I got there he was there waiting patiently along with one of his employees, David. He took a look and said, "don't worry about anything. I can do the job early in the morning at 8:30 A.M." He gave me a price, which included some of the cleaning in the apartment. When I got there, Frank, David and four of his guys were there just before 8:30 A.M. to do the job. Frank stayed in front of the building with his truck and David and the four other guys wasted no time in starting the cleanout. David instructed them on where they should start and they went into action right away. Everyone was courteous, hard working, respectful, and sensitive to my feelings. Great experience with GreenEx to empty out a house and basement full of a lifetime of decades-old furniture and belongings -- everything you can imagine, from bedframes and dressers down to emptying kitchen cabinets and removing curtains. GreenEx CleanOut Services performed a great job I was nervous at first as to who's going to show up at the house, but when I saw there Discreet Fleet and gentleman that absolutely looked knew what they were doing "WOW" I said to myself!! I needed my Dad's garage cleaned out. Not only was it cluttered, but it had been inhabited by raccoons and cats who left animal waste and urine soaked items. That was one of the reasons I called GreenEx-they handle biohazards as well as clutter. I was able to make an appointment for the same week I called. David and his crew arrived on time and made fast work of the garage. There were a few items I wanted to save and the team was gracious with helping in that regard. Had GreenEx clean my place and they did a great job. I had accumulated a ton of stuff, that became clutter. After speaking with Frank, he came over and evaluated my apartment. Couple of days later, he sent 3 guys to tackle the job. They worked steadily, and did the hard work it took to clean my place.. They were all friendly and efficient.. I should mention that they worked steadily, even though we were in the midst of 90 degree weather, with just a couple of breaks. I think they did the job in record time, and my place looked terrific. Very satisfied. My job involved declutter and cleaning, not just junk removal - so a different skill set needed. The foreman and 2 guys handled this very well. That process takes more time, but we got everything done in a day that could possibly be done. They even assembled two bookshelves for me - did that skillfully also. Frank's judgement is good; I did need a 3 man crew. They were a pleasure to work with, and experienced with the declutter process.
