Called Shampooch, explained the situation and Craig was able to schedule an appt, promising to be gentle with our little girl. Josephine and Craig took time to meet with me and Lila. We discussed Lila's furcut, what I wanted for her. The grooming area looks like a salon. Clean and organized. They have these little gated spaces for pups to have their own chill out space while waiting to be picked up. Lila was so relaxed in her chill zone space when I walked in. She was ready to be picked up 2.5 hours later. Lila looks fantastic. She looks serious in the pictures but she was all smiles and wiggles, I was lucky to get her to sit still. Highly recommend. I booked our next appointment before I left. The facility is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Wally has anxiety around grooming and other dogs, so finding the right groomer was not easy. Lucy took the time to understand what makes him comfortable and has always adjusted her approach to meet his needs. She has been incredibly patient with him, and over time she has earned my complete trust. What stands out most is that Lucy does not treat every dog the same. She gets to know their personality, temperament, and comfort level and works with them accordingly. She is also always learning and looking for new ways to make the experience better, especially for dogs like Wally who need a little extra care. The small things also say a lot. When one of Wally's grooming appointments fell on his birthday, Lucy made it special for him with extra treats.
