Idk about the previous management, but Arturo and his new crew did a great job getting me four used tires in excellent condition at a best deal. Purchased a 245/40/19 used tire for a good price. Arturo told us about a month warranty on the tire and went on our way. The next day the car was making a wierd noise when I drove it. My husband took the car into the tire shop and they took the tire off and discovered it had a hole. The tire was swapped out for a different tire. It's been about a week and I am very satisfied with my purchase and service. My tire is not easy to find and I was lucky enough they had two at this place. read more

This place is run by dirtballs. I called to see if they had a very specific and hard to find used tire size. They told me they had two tires of the same brand with 50% tread left and I could come get them any time I confirmed 3 times that they had the size, the same kind and the price. I took my lunch hour to get these tires because I needed them for a racing event. Drove 20 minutes got there and the owner came out and I told him I had called, upon which he told me nope we definitely don't have that size. I told him I just called and the guy on the phone told me for sure you did and I confirmed with him 3 times. He then proceeds to tell me that this guy tells people stuff like that all the time. So you wasted my time for nothing? He starts blowing cigarette smoke and ashes in my face chain smoking while yelling at his guys to check on the size, and said let me double check. Came back and told me they don't have any and if they did he could not find them. I told him he needed to hire someone who wouldn't do that to people. Yeah he does it all the time I really need to find a new manager, as more ashes get all over me. I hightailed it out of there, this place sucks, super unprofessional. I left pretty disappointed... They gave a great deal on used tires. The price was to include balancing and mounting. That's where they really messed up. Not only did they take 2 and a half hours to get the job done, but I realized they didn't even balance them or check the tire pressure. A previous tire I had was really bad and required many weights to balance. I noticed that the exact same weights were on that wheel a day after the job was done. My truck was intermittently bouncing like crazy. I also checked the tire pressure. The tires are to be maxed at 50 PSI and were around 41, 43, 48, and 55! Nice staff (hence 2 vs 1 start), but not very efficient or thorough with tires. We shall see if they honor their mistakes and provide a partial refund when I show up with the receipt for having to rebalance. read more

Got pretty good tires here, be sure to check about if your car has TPMS. I accused these poor guys of breaking my sensors, but turns out my tpms light only turns off after driving 60 miles no stopping. So make sure you know your car! SO, this is me redoing my review as turns out nothing was wrong, and these guys are honest good fair guys. Its been a few weeks now and my tires are still great. read more

Came in got 4 used tires with a lot of tread on them for $280 2 hours later noticed a leak on the front tire, called Alfonso told him what happened and he told me don't worry he would replace the tire. 6 hours later the other tire went low called him back and said he would give me a different set. Alfonso always answered his texts thru OfferUp now it was Sunday and the place was closed, I texted him and he said he would come and wait for me at the shop on him day off, I told him it's OK I'll wait till Monday. Came at the shop and the tires he had did not have much tread. So he let me have a brand new set for just $50 more for all my troubles. $340 for all 4 brand new tires. Ignore all the bad reviews from previous owner Alfonso just took over this place recently and a lot better service and nice people they really take care of there customers... read more

Called in to get an estimate on Friday one of the employee quoted me a reasonable price but told me he did not have the full set. Called back today spoke to someone in the office was being really unprofessional and being disrespectful quoted me a higher price and hung up on my face. read more

This is dangerous and leads to wheel hub bolts breaking and wheels falling off. Total amateurs. The kids who work here have no business working on motor vehicles. Unfortunately we WERE previous customers, but no more. I was told I would be helped in a couple of minutes then the employee assisted another customer who arrived after me. He put me off twice and then left the premises without a word. On our first visit the balancing job on our truck left it with a shimmy it didn't have previously. I went to get that repaired as well. It is hit and miss with these guys. First time was ok, second time horrible! I'm not going back!! I am a small dealer in San Diego, a licensed one. The problem was they lied to me and told me they had the tires which specified. I called twice to make sure!! Com e on folks, you should never lie just to get customers in the door. I have been there 4 times now and have been happy until today. When I got there I was greeted right away and they got my car in really fast. I was sitting there and there was a guy yelling at everyone. Turns out it was the owner. He was yelling at the workers right in front of the customers. I just bought a set of michelin tires from Luis and the deal i got was very good the shop is a little far from san diego city but i would consider it worth the drive. Luis was flexible on price and the tires i got are as good as new and balanced right the first time with no leaks. Kudos!! read more

Found these guys on C.L. I was in dire need of tires with actual grooves in them. Saw thier ad, called up and spoke to the owner Luis. Told him about the ad...he said come on down...Drove all the way to E.C. from Hillcrest. After my experience there...it was wellworth the drive. I was there for 4 michelins but he said he had other sets with the same price. I ended up driving home with a set of BFG's AT feeling a lot safer on the road...and NOT feeling like I've been ripped off. Super nice, HUGE selection of tires...very reasonable. If you're like me...bald tires but can't afford a set of new ones...will settle for slightly used at a fraction of the cost...or if you're in the market for new ones...Check Greenfield Tires out. read more

I had tires changed at Greenfield tire and they charge me $50 to change the tires wasn't a bad deal but then I had to take the tires off a few days later because my tire senors weren't working and I found out that the back tires weren't balanced they left water inside of the tires and it ruined my tire senors. They lifted my vehicle by the bolts that hold the shock in place which isnt a good idea and could have caused damage. This is a hack shop I wouldn't recommend it to anybody unless you want half assed work. read more

I came to buy two front tires the other day from this place, and everyone seemed nice. Found the tires, and while trying to put them on apparently my car didnt come with the lug nut lock. So Carlos (a bit of an overweight worker), the shot caller, said that he could take them off but couldn't put them back on and i agreed. He did as promised, but left me with only 4 nuts. I went to O'riely to buy new set of lugs, came back to him so he could take the back ones, and put the new set on. He started giving me an attitude, saying i should pay for this and its not free. He charged me $90 for two front used tires, chipped me wheel cup while trying to take off the back lug nut, and giving me all this talk about how he's not supposed to do this for free. He instructed the other worker to only do the front ones and leave the back nut lug undone. He started shouting and yelling saying, "That's how we do business here." he left the shop. The nice gentlemen that works there is awesome as he tries to help as much as he can, but that heavy guy is a pain in the butt to deal with and should be fired. Bottom line: DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE, EVER. Worst customer service, expensive, and very unprofessional. While standing there, another customer came mentioning that there was no balance job done to his tires and complaining as well. read more

came in for a set of used tires for my ford flex. the customer service here was great. very courteous and friendly, something not expected from a tire shop. they were able to find me two pirellis with great thread with a very reasonable price. $60 each. best price in the area and trust me I shopped around. the one set back was it was a really, really long wait. about 35-45 mins but their customer service outweighed that and that's why they get my 4 stars. read more

This is probably by far the WORST tire place I've been to. I've had my tires repaired 3 times by them for 2 different cars and the tires I've gotten replaced have ALL BLOWN UP 3 TIMES IN A ROW !!!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO !!!!! If I could give this shop a 0 stars I would !!!! IT'S WASTE OF MONEY !!! and the employees are rude and disrespectful . The first time I came in I got 1 replaced and I was driving casually down the freeway all of a sudden I changed lanes and my tire had popped right down the middle ,and they had told me the tires would last me some time. 2nd time I came in again I explained what happened the 1st time and they said they had a warranty that if anything happened again to the tire they could fix it. So I went again to purchase tire #2 Same thing happened to the tire again . And I called because this time I was aware of the warranty and Arturo answered and he was just straight up rude and was like "I don't fucken remember who you are maybe if you bring your car in I'll know " so I did within the hour . And I got there and all he wanted to do was argue with me saying that "if this has happened to you already then it's your car" I tried explaining that I've had two different style cars and they both have had the same thing happen with the tires. He wanted to argue and argue until he finally fixed my tire with the warranty. Then as he was fixing my tire I noticed another employee comment something in Spanish saying " I Can't be doing all these repairs for free" which I think is unprofessional because if you don't want to do warranty for free you shouldn't advertise it. That's not even the WORST PART I left the tire shop and the tire they just gave me blew up on me AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER !!3 TIMES IN A ROW !!!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO !!!!! If I could give this shop a 0 stars I would !!!! WASTE OF MONEY! And to top it all off most of the tire shops I've been to let me see what they do to prepare the tire and install them and this shop didn't it's so unprofessional , and it looks like they work from a house definitely not a secure place to go for quality tires . read more

We came here for used tires until we could afford a new set. At first they seemed like they were willing to work with us after the tires they put on my truck were not balanced right. Went back and they just put a bunch of weights on the tire. Then we went back because one of the tires was wearing out. They put the wrong size tire on and when we went back the guy says he doesn't know who put the wrong size tire on. They replaced the wrong sized tire with one that was separating from the tread. Once again came back and they gave us grief over it. Will NOT be coming back. We tried to give them the chance to make it right but that didn't happen. Beware of this tire shop. read more

The first time I went to Greenfield Tire Shop I changed 1 tire and it was fine. The second time I went over there I needed to change the other 3 tires. I understand it takes time so I called them and they mentioned that they close by 5 p.m. on Saturdays and I need to be there around 4 p.m. I went there around 3:15 p.m. While trying to pick good and matching tires, the guy went to help another customer. I kept looking into the tires to make use of time until he comes back. By the time he came back and we were settled on the tires we want, the manager mentioned that it is getting late, the employees are getting tired and they need to close. He suggested to give me the tires for $20/each instead of $30/each and I take the tires and install them for $10/each at a friend's shop down the road. I told him I have been waiting here for close to 2 hours and you've serviced at least 3 or 4 other cars who came after me, please try to get the job done here and don't get me into the hassle of dealing with another shop I don't know. He said fine, and while trying to replace the tires they failed to take 2 out of 3 tires out. Eventually I left the place without getting the service after wasting about 2 hours, I went to the Los Reyes Tire Shop down the road, they were able to take the tires off and install the new tires in a few minutes. read more
