I wish so much that this special spot were closer to where I live. The drinks are delish, the owners amazing, and the ambiance is everything. Too many cafes these days only offer tiny tables for single people to stare at screens at. This is not what I look for in a coffee shop. Greenglass has large tables perfectly suited for board gaming or card playing. They've got lots of plants in the front window giving it that homey feel. Obviously given the current goings-on, everything is takeaway only at the moment, but once we can socialize again I highly recommend this as a sublime spot to do so. And their decaf is kick ass, too. This place was chosen for Unofficial yelp coffee club's January location by Jessie who always takes us on her coffee journey . Thank you! The place is located right off the park and the owners are very welcoming and it's a family place too. Had a craving for a warm chocolate after a long day. So we decided to get hot chocolate from there and I asked the owner if they used a powder or anything else. It was very kind of him to show me what product they used and I was not disappointed. He also attended to my request on how I wanted the temperature of the hot chocolate as well. Yay! We were introduced to cupping. It was a fun experience. Explored the back of the store and found some great pics on the wall and they have a library! You can take one or leave one. Such a neighborly thing to do! I love this! read more

Who knew that Paw Paw has one of the best coffee shops in the SW Michigan area (and I even live in the area!). A former antique store that had seen better days was lovingly cleaned up and turned into a cute, comfortable coffee shop about a year ago. The owners Colin & Michelle are top notch coffee aficionados and it shows in their creative style from start to finish: working with responsibly sourced, organic coffee farmers, to roasting in their back room, to brewing, and to their service to the delight of their customers. The Black-Salted Mocha coffee was incredible. It is made with dark chocolate and Hawaiian black sea salt. I also bought a bag of their new coffee Kayanza Kiririma, from the tiny country of Burundi. It smelled and tasted so good - brown sugar, grape, and grapefruit flavors. Can't wait to brew up a pot this weekend. read more

What a lovely coffee shop! Menu was just big enough to be interesting. And they roast their coffee beans on the premises! The barista was so friendly and welcoming, I wish we lived closer. Our server from the neighboring restaurant, TakoKat, suggested we check it out and I'm so glad we did. My daughter was especially geeked to come here due to the fact that they have oat milk! Her cappuccino was so smooth and silky, I have a feeling she will be begging to come in again soon. The atmosphere is super relaxed and very clean. Will be back again soon! read more

Very homey and friendly place to stop in and get coffee or a tea. The environment is very cute and welcoming; perfect place to do some work or reading in. They also had a nice book shelf that you could read from which I thought was unique. Over all very I would really recommend going here for some great coffee and some peaceful time. read more

Confession time: I'm sipping on a cup of Greenglass's Guatemala-Antigua coffee as I write this and it's still as good as the first cup I tried. I mean, I'm not even normally one for drinking all that much coffee- usually it's too bitter, or it has that taste- you know, the "sitting-in-the-pot-all-day" taste that makes you wrinkle your nose like a pug? Yeah, that hasn't happened with anything I've tasted out of Greenglass Coffee. I mean it- it's one of those places that manages to do the impossible: make coffee enjoyable for lots of people who don't drink much of it. Paw Paw is EXTREMELY lucky to have a place where you can get coffee this good- the stuff you can get here will beat your Starbucks or your other big-chain coffee beans all hollow. I mean it- yes, we still keep a small bag of Starbucks around, but the only time that seems to come out is if it's a national brand or absolutely no coffee at all... because as long as we have Greenglass around, there's not really any desire to use the national ones! You're also doing a great thing by buying their beans- as they're ethically sourced too- so you can feel good about getting a caffeine buzz from their products! I also have to mention their in-house coffee drinks- I remember trying one with honey and cinnamon in it (I think- feel free to correct me if I'm wrong-), but it was delicious and amazing. If not for this blasted COVID, I'd be stopping there once a week or so to get coffee and treating myself to more drinks- but you can still buy all the beans you like! And if you can't get to Paw Paw (you really ought to some time, it's an amazing little town!), you can order beans through their website. I mean it, though- you stop in here and try some beans and Starbucks will be forever spoiled for you, Dunkin just won't taste as good and you'll wonder just whatever you saw in a cup of McCafe. They also have a lot of alternative things- if you don't like regular milk in your lattes or whatever, they'll happily substitute in alternatives so you can feel free to enjoy happily without missing out! ...why are you still reading? This coffee is just outstanding. Best local coffee shop around. This is specialty coffee meets 3rd wave coffee. I love, the care and effort taken over the coffee. From the roaster to the cup. The new location at lucky wolf is better than I thought. Great menu. The ambiance is great. Very modern yet not loosing the feel of the old building. Hard to explain. The staff is very knowledgeable. The roaster Collin is an awesome caring guy. He really knows his stuff about coffee roasting. He is willing to talk to anyone about the roasting process. They have pour over coffee, espresso coffee and lots more. They even have food items. Just awesome. I recommend anyone visiting Paw Paw to check this place out. read more

Coffee is DELICIOUS! I don't like my coffee dowsed in sugar like Tim Hortons does their coffee. I got the 12 oz iced mocha and I would definitely get it again! To add, for them college kids, it's a nice place to study and quieter than Starbucks. I would also like to emphasize this is an "environmental friendly" coffee shop. Some foods are plant based, they provide paper straws, or if one decides they don't want a straw, then the lids provided with your beverages will satisfy. Also, the store was not hard to find at all! Look for a green canopy. The owner is very nice as well so that's always a plus to society. read more

Excellent!! I must apologize for not writing a few weeks ago when on my way to Chicago, but didn't take the time. A great place to start your morning with one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a while. So impressed I bought a bag that I'm still enjoying. Atmosphere is calm, inviting, and with a modest library should you show up on your own with nothing to distract yourself. Pastries were fresh and very good, unlike other places. I travel a good deal for work and seek out coffee shops wherever I find myself. This is by far, my favorite...beating out the west coast shops of California and Washington. If you crave a great cup of coffee, meticulously roasted and prepared, then this is your place. You're not going to find all the fluff and sugar (think 750 cal. frappuccino) like you will at chain cafes. But you will find a thoughtful beverage menu and guilt-free food choices. The owners and this cafe are a welcome addition to this village on the rise that now boasts a wonderful craft-brewery with good pub food (Paw Paw Brewery), and new non-chain restaurants (Tako-kat, Buddha Burger, and Taphouse).
