It's important to keep in mind that waiting times in a doctor's office can sometimes be longer than expected. Everyone deserves to get the attention and care they deserve. She told me that I unfortunately had *the diagnosis* and then told me I should " go under the covers, Netflix, Doordash" and offered me a lollipop treat at the end. After speaking with the doctor someone comes in, then swab my nose for the Flu and Covid virus, which came back negative. It was then advised that bloodwork would be taken for further test--The lady enters the exam room with the gloves already on and fumbles around with several items before attempting to stick me---My skin is pretty much see-through so usually it's easy to get blood, but of course she misses veins in both my arms and then say, "are you afraid of needles". While annoyed, I responded as politely as possible "no I'm not, it's human nature to flinch when pain is being inflicted but I didn't move my body". Due to this, I was told I had to get my blood taken at a Lab and was provided a referral along with my discharge documentation. Once in my car I reviewed the documentation, notice there's no address on the LabCorp referral and the return-to-work letter was for the date seen. I immediately call and speak with someone about the letter and LabCorp address and was told the letter would be emailed and I could go to any LabCorp. Guess what, NO LABCORP in NJ is open on Sundays and I'm still waiting for the letter to be emailed (2days later). This visit was a waste of my time and money, googling my symptoms and suggested medications would have been a better experience. I patiently waited for my symptoms to die down to ensure I wrote an honest review. Well, honestly since nothing I went to the office for was addressed, I wish I could give ZERO stars!

The tech who did my scan asked me questions, explained the process and asked me to wait after to ensure the scan was good and the initial reading didn't show anything concerning. I appreciated that very much. The results were uploaded to MyChart within the hour. Very efficient and nice people. Because I went in within 2 hours of my appointment, the insurance had not approved my test. They waited until the last minute to see If it would be approved and gave me the option to pay out of pocket or reschedule. I didn't have time or want to risk having a problem, so unpaid out of pocket and will working out with my insurance. They were very upfront about it and I liked having the option.

A doctor friend of mine recommended a surgeon to me that works out of the Morris County Surgical Center and after today I don't know if I'd want to go anywhere else. I was the first on the board this morning so I arrived at 6:30am to a smiling and friendly nurse/receptionist who was very helpful. I was brought to the back where I was taken care of by Elaine, who was very caring and kept me at ease (her British accent was calming). As more people started coming in and milling about I realized that these nurses were awesome and cared about making me feel confident. When I was brought into the ER by my two ER nurses (sorry ladies, I simply cannot remember your names) they, and the Anesthesiologist, quickly got me situated and comfortable and were saying good night. The next thing I remember was waking up in the recovery room with nurse Laura and Dr. Simon talking to me. I've been under the knife six times now and I have never had a better experience than today. The nurses, the doctors, the recovery room...I felt at ease the whole time, from start to finish. This is the first time I came out of anesthesia without the shakes or feeling nauseous. I can't say enough about how great this went. Now I hope my recovery goes as well.

I'd been scheduled for this scan by my primary care physician during my annual checkup exam, so I didn't see what Yelp had to say about Florham Park beforehand. Boy was I surprised when I looked online and saw all the 1-Stars and testimonials (!!!) Because of the timing, there was no backing out or way for me to schedule somewhere else. So I went in this morning with some trepidation. Fortunately I had a good patient experience overall. For imaging, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location again (140 Park Ave Building). Pros: ** Easy to drive there off of Columbia Turnpike. It's close to FDU -Florham. ** Nice campus. It's huge with more than ample parking and even covered parking structures for bad weather ** Imaging department is located as soon as you enter the main entrance doors of 140. It will be to your left. ** The waiting room is nice and they had HGTV playing on the TV ** The woman at Registration was polite, friendly, and informative ** The technician who performed my scan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining to me what would happen (which I really appreciate) ** The facilities once you enter past the registration area, equipment, and rooms looked good to me. There's a hallway with blue flowers painted on the walls, and on the ceiling above the machine there are images of the sky and flowers (so you can focus on those and relax while you are being x-rayed). Cons: ** So far, none... It's too early for the results and billing didn't happen yet. Hopefully the results will be uploaded to the portal in a timely fashion (in contrast to a fellow Yelper's review from last month). I don't know if that's a Summit Health computer system thing or human error though. We'll see what happens. Three times I went back to the start and was in a loop. I then went to another call where when I finally got to a voicemail I couldn't leave a message because it said the mailbox was full , this is 3:00 in the afternoon. No number to call a supervisor, nothing. I went to the Clifton, NJ location for an MRI and I had my report by the time I got home which takes 15 minutes. This was at the 150 Park Ave location in Florham Park. Do not get MRI here. Horrible service The woman that did the MRI , Evette was excellent. The follow up horrible.

The lab downstairs, yikes. It's a zoo most days because every dr sends patients down there at any given time. I would only recommend going with a pre-scheduled app. as early in the day as possible. As for the phlebotomists (people who draw blood) - most are so nice and gentle. 1 in particular was rude and incredibly arrogant last week. I've gotten blood taken maybe 6x here (I'm pregnant) and only recently experienced such unprofessional demeanor. Just a heads up to those with small veins / young children. No one deserves to be spoke to rudely or in- pain. Period. I left with a huge bruise because of her roughness. This specific day I did need to get 4 blood draws, but the pain / bruising was not necessary. I did tell the OBGY office and they were super apologetic. Based on my prior experience I sure hope it was a 1-off experience and I don't run into that young women again because I will absolutely be passing on her drawing any blood from me, ever again and will wait for someone else.
