Time will tell, but my first impression is pretty fantastic. We've been fine with our existing pest control service, but I have been interested in something more organic for children/pets. GreeniX came by last year, but I wasn't ready to commit. This year, I was definitely sold. Not only do they take their time to treat inside/outside the house (about 45 minutes), they swept the cobwebs from the outside of the house and any hornet/wasps nests that were around as well. The house has smelled fantastic since they left. Eric was so professional, wore shoe covers and carefully walked through the house with me to ensure all the areas of concern were addressed. We also discussed services for mice (something to consider if my pest control is as great as I think it will be). I like that the treatment they put down outside in my landscape beds addresses ants as we have lots of those around us - we live right by the woods. I don't typically select providers that put me on a "plan" but I like that they do the scheduling for me (every 3 months) and that if I have ANY problems at all, they will come back and treat for no charge. read more

3rd scheduled visit. Today the service truck sat in my driveway, I only noticed him after changing my baby's diaper. I opened the door, said I was putting my dog up. He never got out and knocked. As I came back from putting up my dog, I saw the truck pull out of my driveway and leave. Checked my phone, nothing. I texted WTF? No response. Greenix is a scam they are peeping out houses and surveying who is an easy target. DO NOT GET INVOLVED. These are criminals! No answer from their number. It's an absolute joke! See the text. I sold my home at the end of December notified them in January to stop services and they tell me the have no calls telling them to stop services and I call them every month and they keep coming and charging me. Despite numerous efforts to address the persistent issue of large spiders in our residence, we continue to encounter them, which indicates they are thriving due to their size. We have repeatedly called for follow-up treatments, but the situation remains unresolved. The recurrence of this problem has led us to question the efficacy of the methods employed by the company. While we acknowledge that they have been responsive to our calls, the lack of sustainable solutions reflects a gap in their service quality. Therefore, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company for pest control needs. I tend to be very open minded when writing a review and not go just by one good thing or in this case bad, but to be honest since there's no way to give 0 stars this one start goes to the technicians that come to your home and do the work, they are knowledgeable, friendly and professionals, besides that everything else is terrible. To give a time frame we started with this product when the Covid19 Pandemic was booming in the US, around May 2020. First, IF you do take a product/contract from them and then you decide to cancel it, they will charge you the full amount of the contract. The contract seems reasonable per application because of how they sale it to you (It will last for years etc). But it adds up to hundreds of dollars when you do the math. Wanna talk about aggressive sales??? well, my wife an I where sitting in our garage taking a break on a afternoon and this guy rolls in a 2 wheel hoverboard (with a mask on) takes the mask off and start talking to us pretty much in our faces about the product. Well, the first NO didn't work, so he kept lowering price, talking about my awesome neighbors which I don't know, whom did bought the product. So my wife started to lean in with the idea that we couldn't go out for a while because of the pandemic so we would be spending more time at home outside etc. So he sold us the mosquito one, "lower price" and whatever, then started selling the pest control one, which my wife also ended saying yes, then I ended up just asking if they worked mole problems because I have tried everything with one I have and nothing... after a nice 45 min chat we ended up with all 3 programs. They sell this product stating, 'you will still see them for a few months because the pest or insects takes the food/venom they put in and take it to there nest where they pretty much kill everything in the nest'. That's BS! Now they have this policy of, if you are not satisfied you can call us and we can redo it for free, which is great if it would actually work. More than a year later and I haven't seen any improvement... Funny thing though, this was supposed to last for years!!!! The mosquito one for 5 years or so, pest I cant even remember. NOW! first of all, I still have a mole, the mosquitos are still here and pest are also feeling at home. So when the contract expired I called to cancel everything because if you don't they still try to come over and keep charging you, just not by contract but by service which is funny because the timeframe of the contract is supposed to take care of it since it pretty much 8 months of service, but they still want to come over a keep at it. Now Talking about aggressive salesman again... don't expect to call and customer service will cancel it nicely. Nope, they will feel sorry and transfer you to an specialist/manager to cancel it (hence a salesman) to try and resale it back to you, and this guy doesn't take no for an answer until the 3rd to 4th time so get ready. In other words Just don't! Buy once or twice a year a Home Defense gallon in home depot and it will do more than what this product did for me. read more

*edit* Once again they have charged me after I spoke to my tech who acknowledged he saw my request to cancel AND I sent an email advising if I was charged again that I would report to the BBB and dispute my credit card charge. I have reported to the BBB and called my credit card company. Stay away!!! Contacted Greenix because I was having a problem with wasps. I signed up for their 6 treatment pest service (contract) and from day 1 I was told I had a ton of mice and they wanted to help me with it, for an additional fee. Of course I freaked out and I did purchase their service to make sure potential mice entry points were closed but fortunately my husband said no to the mice treatment. I ended up calling another local company that we had used in the past (no contracts) to look for mice and was told that while there may have been some mice, they were outside and that you will have mice outside and I shouldn't panic. They did put some bait out to make me feel better but when Greenix came out again for pest treatment, they once again told me about my horrible rodent problem. I started looking at my contract to find out when my services were due to end and it said it would be 6 quarters-- or 1.5 yr. I looked on their website and they were signing people up for 4 quarters or 1 year. I was furious because I was told I had to sign up for 6 treatments but their website contradicted that. I called and confirmed my understanding was correct and demanded that they reduce my services down to a year and then I was done. I reminded them that they told me their calls were recorded and if we needed to listen to my sales call, we could. I did receive email confirmation that my contract was completed but it didn't stop them from trying to come out again. I would never, ever use them or recommend them to anyone. My mom recommended them to me for wasp treatment but I'll use the local company without a contract. Beware that you sign a lengthy treatment contract or pay more for an individual service. As a side note, I don't appreciate being called around 7am asking if they can come early (appt was 9am). 7am calls aren't reasonable. read more

A door to door salesman signed me up for a $17 a month plan he said you can cancel anytime I informed him that I was just laid off work so I'll just do this one treatment because I was already working with another company he insisted and had someone come out that same day I called to cancel the service and they told me I could not cancel and that I would have to pay a $264 fee in order to cancel when I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he was rude and insisted that I am making dumb decisions I would never recommend this company and I hate leaving bad reviews but the experience I had with them was horrible I would never recommend them. read more

I contacted these people through an ad that originally said $39 for the initial visit. I contacted them for ants but they said they also take care of spiders and some other crawling pests. After the initial visit I was still having trouble with ants in fact I think I had more than before they showed up while they were here there was a spider that was in my living room and instead of killing it he tried to trap it and it got loose lovely. I gave the chemicals 3 weeks and still had ants so I called them they said that another guy who did it different treatment and that went pretty much worked. Then came the bill I was billed $137.98 for two visits when I thought there was initial visit of $39 and then to be billed for the next visit which wasn't supposed to be until July. I was wrong they bill you every month. When I called I told him what happened they told me that I misunderstood it was all my fault. I told him I just wanted them to cancel the contract because I'm on social security and I can't afford all that they wanted to charge me over $200 for a cancellation fee after complaining to the lady she dropped it down $100 but still all together I was charged $237.98 total for two visits and I still have ants. Don't believe when they tell you you're getting a deal that you're actually going to get one because they will get their money in the long run and you will still have your pests. This is the most underhanded and worst company I've ever dealt with I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

Didn't know they had me in contracts. Billed me for unneeded rodent treatment. Thought I had cancelled after many hours of phone calls only to get a morning phone call a few days later letting me know a tech was coming to do service. Called to cancel AGAIN and agent pushed a $229 Cancel fee on me before we even hung up - saw notice from my bank pop up on my phone while we were still discussing. Refused to refund. I finally called back and asked to see the contract.... Lo and behold It's a digital contract I've never seen or signed with initials and a scribbled signature that don't even match mine! I'm STILL being charged! Unbelievable! In reading other reviews I've found that faking contracts is normal practice for this company. Don't fall for it! read more

Mostly smoke and mirrors with Greenix. Their business model is to door-to-door with the initial sale (not the quality of service or lifetime value of the customer) being the focus. You will be entered into to at least a 12-month contract with quarterly service, but billed monthly. Cancellation at any time, even after 12 months is a chore. Never once during the course of the 12 months did I physically see services performed at my residence and I even went back and checked my NestCam footage to be sure. read more

These people are very unprofessional and give you the runaround when trying to cancel services, making you jump through hoops just so they can draw out your time with them all the while you are still paying the monthly fee. You play the "he said, she said" game with 4 different employees because they can't communicate with each other and throw each other under the bus AND on top of all that, they have no problem discussing your account with other customers which would get people fired at most businesses. The time it takes to spray your own home with ortho home defense from your local hardware store is so much more worth the hassle of dealing with these people... and Ortho is way cheaper and actually works. read more

If you begin to have a conversation with someone trying to sell you this product you have already lost valuable time of your life. Product is a fraud. Bugs have increased since the third treatment of the scam business. They want as many costumers as possible but their pledge to get rid of pests has no validity. Sales person told me spray was safe for pets, nope, false. Cancellation policy, also bogus. Guys will show up to your house for 15 minutes and leave, makes you wonder if they even do anything at all. Best thing you can do is if you see anyone representing this company is ignore them at all costs. Your vacuum cleaner will be 100% more affective and affordable then these frauds. read more

We signed up with GreenEx for 1 year of service. After three services we've only seen an increase of spiders and other bugs in and around an the home. It's a lot of expense for no visible results. Essentially, we paid a hefty amount for someone to sweep our eaves. We decided to cancel only to be told we face a sizeable fine for early cancellation. The conversation was literally a demand that we continue with the services or pay the fine. They call it a "discount" but it is little more than a blatant attempt at extortion. We "suspended" our account only for them to immediatly attempt to charge our credit card on file, fortunately had already 0'd out the credit card on file as our suspicion was already aroused after the first couple of applications. I wish I could rate this less that 1 star. I signed up for this service from a door to door salesman offering to Paypal me $200 if signed up.... too good to be true right? Well, he did it right in front of me, and I was wanting a bug treatment anyway. Well, here is the catch.... They make you sign a contract for $99 per quarter. Even in the winter when the ground is frozen and there are no bugs.... Customer service is terrible... I told them I would honor my contract in the non-frozen months at $99/quarter, but they refused saying that I voided my contract and are going to pursue collections. We'll see how this works out, but I can't see paying $99 for a bug treatment in January. read more

I've been having sprays done, When they actually come out, and there's still bugs and insects, if anything there's even more then before. Called to have them come out a treat for fleas. Quoted me on the phone $199.99 for the treatment. When the team member was on-site, he told me my charge was only $130. After he left, I was then charged for $299.99 for the service. Not to mention he was here for maybe 10 minutes and supposedly treated the entire house. 7 days later, I went to the area of the house where the fleas were prevalent and they were still there and crawling all over me. I called Greenix to simply just ask for a refund as I didn't see much of a change after spendings $300. The only thing they offer me was to credit my account $100 and come out to retreat... RE: Fishers IN location -- We live in a condo neighborhood with "no-soliciting" signage. So, I was surprised that a Greenix sales rep knocked on our door after 7pm last evening.
