I arrived at the florist with almost no time, no color scheme, no design ideas and apparently only half a boutonnière count. ‍ All I could tell Bobby was that my dress was cream, my maid of honor was wearing green, and, "Here's a picture of her dress, please work your magic!" And magic is exactly what they created. They designed a beautiful flower-girl basket, a bridal bouquet for me, a bouquet for my maid of honor and the three boutonnieres I remembered to order, for the groom, best man and ring bearer. When I picked everything up, they surprised me by saying they had also made an extra boutonnière for my dad. I had completely forgotten to order one for the man walking me down the aisle! That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me and showed just how attentive and caring they are. The arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. They added delicate blush roses that beautifully complemented the green dress and my cream gown. Everything looked intentional and elegant even though the I had provided practically no direction whatsoever! Honestly, I'm not sure which is worse: a demanding bridezilla or a bride who has no clue what she wants and cannot make a decision. Either way, Bobby handled me like a true professional and provided genuine white-glove service from beginning to end. With the level of personal attention, quality and care I received, I genuinely expected to pay twice as much. I walked away feeling like I had gotten away like a bandit!
