They called me right away and asked if I was sure I wanted to order that bouquet for Mothers Day since it was one sided. They also informed me they didn't have gladiolus in stock but assured me they'd make the bouquet tall and full. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be ordering from them in the future. I had ordered a large bouquet of flowers which had cost almost $200 for delivery which had arrived beautifully. The only issue is that the case that they brought them in is rounded and unstable on the bottom so the way the flowers were bundled the vase cannot sit up straight on even a flat surface. I have a lovely bouquet of flowers now that must sit in my kitchen sink now because they can't be displayed anywhere for fear of them tipping over. Once the flowers pass I'll have to throw away the vase too because it's totally useless. For such a hefty price tag I would have expected something my wife could actually display. read more

I ordered a small white arrangement in a vase for my friend's birthday. When I didn't hear from him, I called and he told me that he was away with his family. I was nervous that the flowers would likely be sitting on his porch all night in the summer heart, but when he got home the next day, they had survived and looked very pretty. Ordered flowers for a special occasion. Picked out a general arrangement from the website but when I saw the finished product it was even nicer. A combination of sunflowers a rose or 2 and a nice assortment of other floral. It was delivered promptly. The price seemed a bit high but then again I'm used to picking up flowers so perhaps there's another $30 or so added in For delivery service. Would definitely use again read more

Martelli's did our wedding this past weekend. We have ordered many gorgeous arrangements from them over the years and after meeting with Judy & Joann to discuss our wedding vision, we knew we had to book with them. Not only are their flowers gorgeous, they last forever and their pricing was unbeatable (we had gotten quotes from 5 other florists). Judy & Joann are some of the most kind, talented women in the business. They are also extremely patient and professional .. I am so indecisive and just showing a bunch of inspo pics they made it all come to life. When I saw my bouquet I had tears in my eyes, it was a work of art and exactly what I wanted but better. When I walked into our venue and saw how they set up our ceremony & reception I couldn't hold back my tears. It was truly stunning, beyond anything I ever could have imagined yet everything I ever wanted. There are just no words. Judy and Joann knew I wanted mostly greenery but they made sure to give it just enough color & texture to really pop, truly breathtaking. Our guests were literally fighting for the centerpieces at the end of the night that's how gorgeous they were (P.S. it's a week later and everyone is still sending me pictures of their centerpieces & talking about how pretty all the arrangements were). I selected this florist based on other reviews and the location. I was looking for a florist close to the venue for my daughter's bridal shower. So happy I chose Martelli's Florist. I told her the colors I would like and the amount I wanted to spend. The arrangements were beautiful, nicer than I would have chosen. Everyone at the shower was so impressed. My "gentleman friend" sends me flowers from Martelli's on special occasions, e.g., birthday, anniversary, etc. Every bouquet is original and different from the last one. I have never seen flowers stay so fresh and beautiful as the ones from Martelli's. I currently have a bouquet that is a week old, and it looks like they just delivered it! My mother-in-law has used this florist in the past for many events and suggested I use them for my wedding. Upon meeting the staff, they made me and my mother-in-law feel very comfortable and were very interested in my floral vision. They took notes and I provided pictures of exactly what I was looking for. I felt extremely confident walking out of the shop that the flowers were going to be perfect! The bouquets arrived at my house the day of the wedding and I thought they were beautiful, but not quite what I had shown in the pictures. If that was the only issue, I would have loved my flowers forever! Upon getting to the venue, the flower arrangements were large and eye catching but not what I had asked for, and they looked nothing like my bouquets. When speaking to them I had said I didn't like roses and they were EVERYWHERE! My favorite flower was missing from the entire reception room. I was extremely disappointed. My cake had tons of roses and was missing my favorite flower as well. I was surprised and so disappointed especially for the amount spent on the flower arrangements. I was too disappointed at the time to call the florist. Now that I have another friend going through the process, I wanted her and others to know I wouldn't recommend them. read more

We needed flowers for my parents' 60th anniversary party. They live on the South Shore, so for their last function, we used their local florist who was a little pricey and not terribly creative. This time, I decided to order the flowers from Martelli's and just bring them south with me to the party venue.Wow! Martelli's did a fantastic job. We had beautiful, vibrant flowers in vases low enough not to interfere with conversation. The price was very fair. I felt that we received good value for what we paid. I had an amazing experience using Martelli's florist. I went into the store in a panic - my wedding was less than 2 months away and the florist I had booked closed down. The catering hall recommended Martelli's - and I am so glad they did! Right from the start everyone was professional, calm and reassuring. They listened intently to what I wanted, asked great questions, and put me at ease. They even asked me questions about how big my junior bridesmaid was - and sized her bouquet perfectly. On the day of the wedding the flowers were spectacular! My bouquets looked even better than I had envisioned (and I had pretty high expectations). The flowers looked gorgeous all night long. For everyday occasions I'll grab some flowers from a local supermarket, but when I want to impress, Martelli's is the place to go. The bouquets are beautiful, and HUGE!
