The billing at this clinic was extremely frustrating. I was wrongly charged nearly $400, due to inconsistent and unclear handling of insurance benefits. Untangling those charges took so much of my personal time and effort. 3 months later, they still have not reconciled what they owe me. It's difficult to get supervisor involvement or any attention from the owner. Staff is defensive when you challenge the billing PLUS they have sole discretion to terminate your visits, which is disruptive and makes advocating for yourself impossible. The doctors seem competent, but the billing staff ... not so much. Given the number of chiropractors in the area, I'd consider other clinics to avoid possible billing stress. read more

I recently had the worst experience at Greenlight Chiropractic. The prices changed which wasn't too bad $25. I wasn't informed but told I had been already and made to feel like I wasn't being truthful. I usually receive a 10 to 15-minute massage before my adjustment. The one time it didn't happen; I experienced severe back pain for a week. When I brought this up at my next visit, I was accused of being dishonest. The doctor even suggested that I shouldn't come back to the clinic. I had missed an appointment due to illness and a fever which I did feel bad about and tried to apologize in prior visit. I called first thing in am about the fever and maybe they just woke up, but not very friendly or hope you feel better just a quick click. While some staff members were competent, the adjustments were consistently painful. Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory and far from what I expected from a wellness clinic. read more

Another wonderful massage by Rosemary at Dr Waters office. I find if I do the massage before the adjustment, my body is much more receptive to his treatment. I prefer the 90 minute massage as it allows Rosemary to spend more time on specific problem areas. She seems to find the knots and work them out. I appreciate her healing touch and her innate ability to listen to your body and know just the right spots to treat. It's a wonderful wellness clinic and I am so grateful to be a client. Doc waters was great with my 15 week daughter. We came in because we thought she had a flat head, come to find out it wasn't nearly what we thought and we overreacted. The best part was that he was honest! He did adjust my daughter and found that she had trouble with her tummy time because her back was all locked up. After the first session she could do it! I was recommended to take my child to a pediatric chiropractor. Dr. Waters was one of the names that came up in my search. I read the reviews which all had great things to say so I figured I would give it a shot. I called and was informed Dr. Waters was not accepting new patients. I was asked whether I would be okay with another doctor treating my baby. I figured given the great reviews, it would be fine. I was informed the first visit would be about $100 and each follow up would be $80. I thought it was steep, but appreciated that they were upfront and if it helped my child I would do it. I was hoping they would help with some left-sided neck tightness. We went the first time and the visit was about 10 minutes. We were skeptical, but wanted to keep trying it. We were told to visit 3-4 weeks later so we scheduled the visit. The next day I received a call checking in by the doctor, which I thought was sweet. Then he asked if we could go back in two weeks instead of four because he had forgotten to teach us how to perform some stretches at home. I was a little annoyed that for $100 that wasn't done in the first visit but thought that it was an honest mistake. So we scheduled the second visit for two weeks later. We returned for the second visit and again it was at most 10 minutes long. During that visit, we were told we would need to bring our child every two weeks, but by the end of the visit we were told we would need to bring our child every week for three months (which would total over $700). The doctor could not recall what my child's issue was or what he had been treating. We were asked to remind him and explain the issue. Then, still during the 10 minute visit, turned his attention to me and brought vitamins to test my strength. By the end of it, he was trying to sell me $80 vitamins. That was the last straw for us, we did not return. We did not feel they knew what was wrong with our child (if anything), what they were treating, and just wanted to get us to spend money. Since then, I have found Mommy's Chiro which seems more knowledgeable. read more

We saw Dr. Waters for an evaluation of my newborn last week. My doula recommended seeing a pediatric chiropractor because I have been having pain with breastfeeding only on one side, and she said it could be because of the baby's posture. With his first feed after the visit, the pain on that side was already significantly improved. And within a few days, the pain was pretty much completely gone. I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for almost 10 years now, and so appreciate his good and knowledgeable care. He explains everything very well, and is totally gentle when doing adjustments.
