Donna, Tom, Chris, and everyone at Triangle are conscientious of their customer's needs and truly care about their customers. They try to keep costs low and do not perform unnecessary repairs when possible. They have serviced our air conditioner for many years! One thing I do mention is that they do have busy times and are cognizant of the schedule of their techs. Since there are so many people who recognize what an amazing service they have, they can only service so many customers a day. If it is a true emergency, they will make sure they come out promptly. However, if it is not an emergency, they will do their best to get someone out. My advice is to be patient!! They are worth it!! They often come out quickly!!
