I contacted this Company to have my couch cleaned. I spoke to the owner and he scheduled to come out and clean my couch on the following Saturday between 11:00 and 11:30. Around 11:45 when no one showed up, I called the 909-800-9434 number and Romo informed me that he forgot to schedule an appointment for me. He stated that he was sorry and that he would come at 4:30 the next Monday to clean my couch. I attempted to contact him early Monday morning that I would not be available at 4:30 and could we reschedule for the following Saturday.
