I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment. Didn't happen. Because of this ill treatment, I would never recommend them to a future victim. Good news is - I took the car out of town, got the repair done at a cost less than what he had quoted. There isn't a check in, you just have to get the attention of the working guys and let them know what you need. It's better to go before noon, because they get very busy after that. But they are happy to find out what you need and get you right into the line, especially if you have a leak or a puncture. They'll let you know if they can repair ($20 2026) or put a used tire on your rim (about $40 2026 - I have a small car) and if they do not have your tires in stock they will order them for you and let you know the price points upfront. They obviously don't have time for long conversations, and they really get to what you need or your options right away. Mantz is opened M-F and Saturday. Check the times, go early if you can. Bring something to read or a game on your phone. There are chairs in the unused bay to wait. They're quick, depending on what your car needs, but prepare to wait in the queue after 2pm. I'm going there from now on to get my tires rotated too. They are a literal hidden gem. The best of the best in Sylva. Sorry other guys.

A week later I had a flat. I called and a very rude woman told me they didn't cover that. I would have to call the manufacturer. She gave me the run around. I wondered if she pocketed the $. I purchased another tire else where. I let that slide. My a/c went out. I took my car there paying $300. It half way works. Again, I went to them. I do transports for special needs individuals. I have to have air. Again, the very rude woman had an attitude. She argued with me yelling I didn't buy my tires there. When she realized she was wrong she got even uglier. She said it wasn't their fault the air didn't work. They were not responsible. I decided to just leave. As I exited the door she yelled bye a few times. I turned around looking for a manager or the owner. I went into the bay area where she was talking about me to her coworkers. I asked for owners number and she wouldn't give it to me. Each and every time they are good to their word as far as meeting the previously identified estimate for the work proposed. Started off with an oil change and has steadily increased in scope and complexity. I have looked at other providers for the same work and while their estimates might be a bit less, I rather pay for know quality and good customer service. I plan on knocking off several more items off the list before we get into the winter.
