I cannot speak to their maintenance services. Their reservation times can be a bit iffy because when I used them the reservations were handled by some type of clearing house, not the store.

I had to replace a tire on my car that went flat. The person that sold me my car did not tell me I…read moreneeded a key to get the lugs off. I called them and asked where it might be. They told me they didnt have it and that I would have to buy my own key lug from the car at an auto parts store. Well seems you cant do that. You have to get it through car manufactor. What if I had a flat on the interstate? I would have been stranded not knowing I need a key to remove the lugs. I am pretty upset with these people. I enjoy my car but I should have been informed that I needed a key for my lugs. This is just outright bad business! Shame on you!
