Think old snacks, small toys, french fries, candy stains, straws, winter salt buildup, etc. etc. scattered throughout all corners of the van. While I'm embarrassed to give such a description, this review of course is not about how dirty the interior of my van was. It's about what South East Mobile Detail did to make it "like new" again. As out of towners visiting the in-laws, we were in search of a business that could help us with an interior clean and detail. And in our search, we found Mikey from South East Mobile Detail. Mikey showed up at our door-step at the scheduled time of service and from then on he took care of the rest until the job was done. Mikey is a Professional. He is passionate in his craft. It show's in his work. What he did for our vehicle was no less than quality craftsmanship and a miracle ;) When we return back to the area again in the future, and if we need detail work, I will call no one else but South East Mobile Detail. I should have written this soon as I've been told this location has issues. I had to make a couple trips as the PPE came off on the mirrors and they were out of taillight tint the first visit. After about a month the taillight tint peeled off because they applied it during a rain storm and it did not adhere. That was a waste of $150 and more as I ordered tint and did it myself. The worst part is once the weather cleared and I was able to detail the car myself. I noticed that the wheels and the lower trim had permanent swirl marks in dirt. Apparently they didn't clean the wheels or the lower areas before applying the ceramic coating.. Now it won't come off. I asked for a refund, but after responding with details I was ignored by the owner.

This place is a joke...it may not have been before given its rating but I'm thinking perhaps the Dad died and this kid who wasn't ready to take over ended up with the keys to this business. He is completely unreliable and incompetent but in his defense I truly believe he is completely unaware of these flaws. I agreed to meet with him on Friday to leave my truck with him but unfortunately he wasn't there and after I called him numerous times he finally answered and admitted that his alarm clock did not go off and that he would be there in 30 minutes... When he finally got there, we agreed that I would leave my truck with him on Friday and that I would pick it up on Saturday afternoon which would give him enough time to apply the ceramic coating on my vehicle. So the next day, despite me not being able to get a hold of him I decided to go ahead and take an Uber for the 45 min drive to get my truck back. Right before I arrived he finally responded and he unbelievably told me to stop calling so much! Really!? As the Uber dropped me off I was stunned to see that my truck had not moved from where I parked it the day before and that no work had been done! I ended up having to wait outside for over 45 minutes until he got back to give me my key fob. He then tried to say he texted me to let me know that he didn't have a certain towel that was needed for the process and that he needed me to leave my Jeep with him for another day or so haha. I don't have two vehicles, so unfortunately I couldn't do that not to mention that I spent over 100 bucks on Uber and lost hours of my time that I can get back. To his credit, he did offer to pay for the Uber charges IF I came back another day to get the ceramic done, but I told him that has proven to be so unreliable that I simply good good couldn't risk it. In short, despite their high ratings....stay away from this place because it's apparently being run by some kid who has no concept of ethics, time management, or any business sense whatsoever from what I can see.

When I finally got my car back, I realized there was additional damage in the same part of the vehicle and they claimed it was damaged beforehand. When we were upset and asked for an explanation, the man at the front got extremely heated and SHOVED my brother who was there to drop me off at my car. Outrageous experience. Don't recommend.

My car has like no tint, so I was wanting to get some shade on there pretty quick. They ran through the choices, and wow can you spend some coin on tint! I got the nano tint on the front because it also gives you better UV protection, and the rest the standard tint, and it came out around $550. It was worth it. No bubbles, the tint came out great. The only drawback was that they don't take AMEX...in fact I feel like less places nowadays will take my card. This place is definitely a no frills establishment, but hey, what do you really need at a tinting shop other than great quality tinting? They also replaced the tint on my boyfriend's car for a great price for one window, and it was only $50. Be sure to make an appointment and give them a try! I'm very impressed with service and quality of the tint, and I am so glad I came!
