I specifically said I did not want a membership I just wanted one car wash. I might've gotten a membership if the car wash didn't leave Bird scat on my car. I would never have a membership to this place. And for the record, I did try to call the business and the number they have listed isn't in service. There wasn't a misunderstanding my card information was stolen.

We stayed in line only for the rollers to malfunction again during our wash. I've used lots of auto washes but this is the only one that they want the cars to be right behind one another with just inches to spare and they don't use brushes or a pressure washer to help preclean. Well, we finally made it thru the wash only to get out to vacuum and find that the cars was as dirty as it was to begin with. The roof wasn't touched, the sides still had dirt, still had dirt on the tires. We won't go there again: basically paid $22 to vacuum our own car with their vacs. Never again.

Both time after finished they said car is too big it will be 75. So I just gave them 80. Normally I would be mad when you tell me one pride and charge me another but they did a good job so I just considered it tip. Now the last time my dad helped me took the car there they charged him 85 before tip and it came back with many area needing attention. 3rd row didn't seem like it got vacuumed. Center console didn't get any attention. The wheels were still dirty. And another negative is they removed my 3M floor mat that was installed firmly in the rail so it should not have been taken out. But they took it out and did not put it back for me and just lay it there. I had to spent another 20 minutes at home installing it back. For 85 it was a poor job. We were expecting 70-120 mins wait but it was a little over 3 hours. This last visit made me sad about the quality they provide for the price. I might as well run it through the machine snd vacuum it myself.

I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

Su sistema al entrar al establecimiento indico que mi suscripcion se habia desactivado, por lo que tuve que realizar el pago para recibir el servicio sin explicarme si seria ese servicio del dia o ya reactivada mi suscripcion. 2hacer. Al salir del túnel de lavado mi vidrio parabrisas estaba partido, partiendose durante el transcurso del lavado y NO me dieron ninguna solución, dicen que NO se hacen responsables y no quisieron mostrarme el video de las cámaras del negocio para certificar que mi vehículo entró sin ningun problema en el parabrisas y una maquina realizo el daño a mi propiedad. Fui atendida por el Gerente Sr Nicolas Castro quien me indico que no el establecimiento no se hace responsable por daños a los vehículos, por lo que tomare otras medidas para obtener la solución correcta a la responsabilidad que ellos tienen y deben cumplir. Desde que abrio el establecimiento tengo suscripcion con los diferentes vehiculos que he tenido y es la primera vez que me suscita un problema en el lugar.
