He was very thorough and called every step of the way to give updates. He even called the county for a lid to something plumbing related that had cracked, and got my mail while I was away. So very thoughtful and above and beyond! It was a pretty significant issue that required a lot of digging etc but his quotes were reasonable and the job was done without a hitch, everything is working as it should and I will definitely be using Quinlin for any future plumbing needs.

Our sump pump was old so it definitely needed to be replaced. He had all the equipment as well as a new sump pump so he was able to install it right then. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the install and took time to explain everything to us. We will definitely use him for any other plumbing issues that may come up.
