I called their office to sort it out and spoke to Linda, the woman who took my initial appointment. She was incredibly hostile and explicitly threatened to send me to collections over a measly $65! They even text-blasted a voice recording of my emergency phone call to my phone as a petty bullying tactic to scare me. Trying to extort and harass a homeowner while their house is actively flooding is predatory. These companies should be ashamed of themselves. It is disgusting--all about the money! I was eager to try ALD, even given reassurances of what would be done…read more Service Requested: I have a possible ejector pit leak from the inlet pipe most likely (either for a seal issue or pipe tear). I knew this before hand, and required precise leak tests to determine the fault (even hydrostatic testing). Even told ALD that i have done camera inspection before and nothing came up, HENCE why i decide to call the "experts" These were the tests i was told they would perform: Underground electronic line locators, Acoustic amplifier and ground microphones, Infrared cameras and moisture meters, High resolution endoscope micro cameras, Pressure gauges. However they ONLY PERFORMED the video camera inspection......and left after. Even incorrectly telling me that the issue is due to possible ventilation problem on the ejector pit (they said their master plumber said it was missing but it was attached to the system...which I told them real time). Approaching a month and I still haven't gotten feedback into my complaint. Save yourselves some money all and confirm with these guys in writing what will be done before! I thought I did.....

James and his assistant (I forget his name) arrived the same day and were communicative via text, letting me know when he left the previous job and was on the way to my house. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He even gave me some pointers about how to clear the clog myself in the future, if it happened again. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the clog and they took their time checking that it was gone for good. Given the COVID pandemic I asked them to wear masks and they did without hesitation; James said this is their policy anyway. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite throughout the whole service call. I will definitely keep them in mind if I have future plumbing problems. Highly recommend.
