Nick flushed my tankless water heater, installed a dehumidifier to the furnace, and cleaned the inside of the furnace. For this last job, he had to take out several parts to get to the back of the furnace. It looks much better and the cleaning reduced the energy wastage by 10 degrees. The appointment was scheduled months in advance for Nov 28. In the morning of Nov 28, Andrew, one of their customer "service" reps called and said Nick had a medical emergency, and would come the next day. I had a strong feeling that he is lying. So when Nick arrived the next day, I asked him about his emergency. He said that a job that was supposed to last three days, extended to four days, and now to five days. He said he'd have to go back to it on Nov 30. My suspicion was conformed. Why a company like Aire Serv hires a liar for a service rep beggars belief. Andrew's tone was disturbing. It was arrogant, yet playful. He even repeated the lie. It seemed like he was playing a game of I am lying and you don't even know it. He seemed to enjoy a certain level of "power" in inflicting dishonesty on a total stranger. I don't know if the management of this company cares enough about its reputation to fire this lying individual, but he better not call me ever again.

I had to call customer service with a complaint about the unit which was installed. The Sales person that came out was friendly and professional, the techs that installed were efficient. However, the unit which was installed is of very bad quality. I have called at least two or three times regarding this unit. The unit makes such a loud and bad noise EVERYTIME it starts EVERYTIME. The noise sounds so bad I had to go out and check to see what was happening to the unit. I called the office, there was a tech sent out to check things out, they said there was not a problem. No one can tell me why this unit makes such noise. Also, I notice the unit has shifted from the base which it is placed on, due to the pressure from the big boom coming from this unit. I called the office to complain, the installation manager was to come out to fix that issue of the unit shifting on the base and never showed up. I hate that I trust Aireserv to purchase and install this air-condition unit. I vowel not to recommend this organization for nothing. I am so disappointed because of the horrible noise I have to tolerate when I use my air condition unit.

Everything leaked so they definitely had their challenges and they were good at helping me only replace the most critical components. The only downside is I found their pricing to be on the (very) high side. I understand good plumbers are never inexpensive but they are pricey. I've worked with several of their techs and they all know their stuff. The work was flawless!

When I called, they told me it would be a FREE ESTIMATE. However, another company happened to show up at the exact same time due to an online inquiry I had started. Because the other tech was already there looking at the pump, I sent the Delaware Plumbing tech away without him ever lifting a finger or doing a diagnosis. The tech immediately got aggressive and demanded a $65 dispatch fee just for pulling into my driveway. I NEVER signed anything agreeing to this fee, and I shouldn't have to pay a dime for a "free estimate" where zero work was done. When I refused to pay, things got disgusting. I called their office to sort it out and spoke to Linda, the woman who took my initial appointment. She was incredibly hostile and explicitly threatened to send me to collections over a measly $65! They even text-blasted a voice recording of my emergency phone call to my phone as a petty bullying tactic to scare me. Trying to extort and harass a homeowner while their house is actively flooding is predatory. These companies should be ashamed of themselves. It is disgusting--all about the money! Delaware Plumbing sucks. Linda and the rest of this company can kick rocks!

I previously called another company and they sent a technician out who complained about parking. I had a reserved parking spot for him, but he left and told me "good luck". Mr. Williams parked in the same reserved spot and had no problem. I knew then he was a dedicated worker who cared about his customers. My wife was so impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. I will leave a Google review for your company, and I want to highly recommend Dion for his outstanding service. Regards, Bishop William F. Fuller, Jr.

The plastic piston snapped off the plastic piece that keeps it solidly attached. They wanted SIX HUNDRED BUCKS to fix it when I can buy a new toilet for $250 and have it installed for $100. Or I could just buy the kit for $30. But here's what REALLY galled me: in the past--EVERY TIME I hired a plumber--he did the work; I paid him; and he left. This time, I felt like a cold business transaction: he wasn't interested in wasting time on the work, only on finding a richer, stupider client to fleece for $800. Ironically, had he quoted $195--an outrageous $50 for the part and an outrageous $145 for his time--I wouldn't have complained. Jacqueline K. Featherfuck! This is SOMETHING NEW: they don't behave like PLUMBERS, but like PLUMBING MAGNATES. I understand that tradesmen are in business to make money. But the attitude here was clearly, "We're here to make BIG bucks, and--if it suits our fancy--we'll also fix your problem." Plus, consider the BUSINESS IMBECILITY of just SKIPPING clients for richer ones: they're turning down A LOT of work and wasting technicians' time, gasoline, and vehicular wear and tear.
