Specifically those who live a crazy busy life and time is limited but still want to eat healthy. Or maybe you just don't enjoy cooking or don't know what healthy cooking looks like? I contacted them via email w a few questions about the macros per meal. Ryan, one of the owner's quickly responded and even offered a few free meals on the house so I could give them try. So NICE! I picked up a bag filled with breakfast, lunch/dinner meals & 2 types of delicious gluten free muffins! I have only tried 2 of the meals. The Teriyaki chicken had great flavor, a generous chicken portion & tasty "fried" brown rice. The 2nd meal I tried was the Egg White Scramble & Potato breakfast. This was so filling! I'm a hearty eater & I'm not gonna lie, the container looked small. BUT when I actually ate it I was surprised by how much fluffy flavorful egg white it had w the perfect amount of potato wedges. The customer service I received was top notch. Ryan was so responsive to my questions. I'm a Personal trainer and Nutrition Coach and I'm always on the hunt for a local Meal Prep company that offers high quality ingredient meals that will line up with weight loss goals for both men and women. Food Delivery Service is based on the Paleo/Zone meal plans, and is delivered in a sealed insulated bag that will protect your food for up to four hours. Two deliveries a week. One on Tuesday, and another one on Thursday to keep the food fresh. They do not freeze their food. Delivery time window is between 4 pm and 9 pm. It is nice to come home and have dinner already prepared. This is a life saver, especially if you don't like to cook or have a busy schedule. I choose the maintenance meal plan (lunch and dinner only) with one delivery a week. For 6 meals, the price per meal is $17.33. That price is based on the meal plan I choose, the amount of meals, and tax and shipping charges for a total of $103.40 a week. (see copy of receipt) I found having chicken for most of the meals was tiring. I would like to have more of a variety maybe a nice fresh salad once in a while. They are pretty quick to respond to text messages if you need to get a hold of them for any reason.

However, there were a few things that did not make the event run smoothly. First, I didn't feel the hostesses there did much. When the bride arrived, no one approached her to offer help. She already arrived a bit later than planned and panicked when she found the bride room was locked. Little things like this really can have a huge impact on wedding day and add stress to the bride. We actually could only see staff from the catering services and one of them was very helpful and offered to look for a venue staff to open the bride room door. We weren't satisfied with the sound system. The microphones made some loud squeals. One hostess was in charge of controlling the audio, and during the one of the performances, the music was so loud that it startled the guests and made a baby cry. Also, the couple planned to show a childhood slideshow as part of the program, but there was only one TV mounted to the side, which could only be seen by like 20 people, so it was a bummer they decided to skip the slideshow. Btw, this venue had three stories, so multiple receptions can take place at the same time. Some guests entered into someone else's reception because the side door was opened. They did have a sign with the names of the couples to direct guests to different rooms, but some guests entered through the side door before they could see the sign at the main entrance, so there was some confusion. Also, I believe there was only one elevator. It's not very convenient for those going to the reception on the third floor. Overall, the venue looked amazing, but the service provided was poor.
