The installer was equally as competent. I upgraded builder grade hollow doors for solid core in some of the areas of my new home. I'm overall very happy with the product and the service. The only negative was the price. I felt they were overpriced across the board. If I had more time before moving in, I would have searched a little deeper for more reasonable prices. No regrets, though!

Ok, let me start with the name of the company, Front Door! Well I needed a back door. I called the…read morecompany talked with Francisco.he was great and listened to what I wanted and needed. He helped emailed me a couple doors and things that I would need or want done. Golly he was spot on. Then Lance came out to measure and checked out what would be needed,,,,,,,,this was the original door over 50 years old, so things were old, weather worn, but lance said oh it's not that bad. After lance measured and turned in the paper work, door ordered and about 4 weeks later David showed up exactly at 9:00am. He was oh so efficient, he really knew what he was doing , was meticulous, a perfectionist, knew his job and went right to it. He even installed the lock and key pad I got and explained it all to me. He really .......like the say crossed his "T's" and dotted his "i's". The front Door Company is great because of the people working there. Oh as far as the cost goes it was within my ball park. I was very surprised and pleased. Thanks for listening.

I am updating the review to respond to the business's calculated misrepresentation of the facts and…read morean attempt to minimize severe, documented building code violations. For prospective customers reading this, here is the verified context: Fraudulently advertising yourselves as a "James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor" to secure the job, only to systemically violate the manufacturer's strict installation guidelines, is not a "punch-list" oversight--it is deceptive marketing and a material breach of contract. Puncturing an internal PVC plumbing pipe, illegally wrapping it in black duct tape, and immediately hiding it behind the new siding is not a 'punch-list' item - it is active fraudulent concealment. The 'Fraudulent' Financing: We authorized the payment because they claimed to follow actively concealed the duct-taped plumbing. Inducing a customer to authorize a loan by hiding severe damage is the legal definition of fraudulent concealment. Contradictory Public Statements & The BBB Complaint: JP Exteriors is using public platforms to feign cooperation. On our active BBB complaint, they claim they are waiting for our independent inspection report before taking action. However, their own written record proves they inspected the property themselves on June 11th and issued a superficial patching offer on June 22nd. The very next day, they explicitly stated in writing they were not willing to expand their scope to a full replacement, formally refusing to cure the hidden defects before our third-party inspection was even conducted on June 24th. The 42-page independent inspection report, which we received on June 29, definitively confirms that the widespread, concealed code violations and structural deficiencies cannot be resolved through superficial patching. The report details systemic failures, including improperly installed weather-resistant barriers, missing flashings, overdriven fasteners, damaged boards, unsealed wall penetrations, and an internal PVC plumbing pipe that was punctured by a fastener and actively concealed with black duct tape. The Manufacturer's Involvement: James Hardie is indeed involved, to the extent that the manufacturer offered to provide free replacement materials to JP Exteriors so they could execute a proper rework. JP Exteriors leadership actively refused this offer. We stand entirely by our documented evidence, our 42-page forensic inspection report, and our active fraud dispute with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. The video proof of punctured plumbing remain on this review.
