Greentoes is the best spa I've ever been to- and I have been to many. From the moment you walk in, you are engulfed in a positive experience of soft music and calm scents. It doesn't smell like ammonia like other salons because they use eco-friendly products. Paula was a great eyebrow wax technician. She took her time, waxing and pulling any extra hairs until they were perfect! We came here for a bridal party get together and they accommodated all of us at the same time, in a timely fashion. I truly love this place. I have been many times always seeing Jeannette. She's amazing. Today's visit wasn't up to snuff. I had book the basic pedicure because I was coming on my lunch hour and time was of the essence. My 25 pedicure started 30 minutes late which meant I was late getting back to work from lunch. Jeannette apologized multiple times, but, I can now only go on Saturdays when I know I'll have enough time for the schedule to be wonky. The work done was still top-notch. read more

I have been to Greentoes twice and have been nothing short of impressed both times! I had a pedicure the first time and a facial and pedicure the second time. Each service was tailored to fit my needs and I left feeling so relaxed. It is definitely one of the best spas I've been to. The service is impeccable and I love the products they use. The space is small but nice and relaxing. The mani's and pedi's are fairly good but seem disproportionately expensive for what they are. They don't have massage chairs, you sit perched on a bench for the pedi's and at a somewhat regular desk for mani's. Given how expensive their services are, all of the add-on prices seem even more outrageous. The standard nail polish isn't great. For some reason it seems like it doesn't dry all of the way, even if you sit patiently for over 30 minutes. The free mini polish with some of the pedi's is a nice touch and frankly almost necessary given how odd the polish is. The tecs are very nice but the prices are out of touch for this area. read more

This place is so relaxing and luxurious. I have had a massage, facial, and my brows done here. I got the massage and facial as a gift and it was amazing. I got my brows done by Paula and she was great -- she listened to exactly what I wanted, and I thought at $15 that was reasonably priced for a very comfortable and quality experience. I booked a manicure here on 03/25/26, the day before my wedding. I came with two friends, one who also booked a manicure and one who booked both a manicure and a pedicure. My friends' services began as soon as we arrived, while I was left waiting with no explanation for at least 30 minutes. It would have been opportunistic for the spa to offer someone else to take on my service, seeing as I got the manicure for a special occasion (my wedding). After reading the rave reviews about Greentoes, I feel very disappointed, even more so because that spa treatment was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable and ended up being quite the opposite. read more

Great manicure. Much more upscale than your typical salon. Only thing was the Gel express mani was a little pricey.

Where to start... First off, I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I'm a "problem guest" to Greentoes. I've had to cancel, reschedule, and have even had a few no-shows; my work schedule is hectic, and sometimes they change it literally last minute, which has made an unhealthy relationship with Greentoes! Even booking this facial was at my fault; I had to reschedule it for next week because I caught a bug!! It had been a long time since going to Greentoes for a facial, but decided to treat myself before my birthday. Usually I saw Reyna, but was sad to hear she left due to family; Daniella, however, was a wonderful esthetician! My skin has been horrid lately, and my horrid habit of picking/touching my face makes it worse (gotta stop that!!). Daniella was very understanding and non-judgemental. She gave a woooooonderful massage via face and body, I was about to doze off! The only reason I took a star off was due to construction. It could be heard above and to the side of the facial room.. Not sure why they couldn't schedule work on Sunday. Otherwise, love you Greentoes!! Here's to building a more healthy relationship. read more

I knew during the session that she was ripping the hair not getting the root but I wanted to be sure before posting a review. My hair has come back super thick as if I shaved. Hubs wanted to pamper me since we are in the process of moving and expecting a 'lil bean. I was excited to try this place and wanted somewhere that wouldn't rush. What a treat! I was all smiles after! First off, I made a reservation on their website which comes which a cancelation policy. So if you are a no call/ no show at your appointment, your credit card will still charge 100% for the scheduled services. You can select what services you want, the time, and person you want. I scheduled a mani, pedi, and eyebrow/ lip waxing. Parking is located behind the building. I had Jeanette for my nail services & Noreen for waxing. Jeanette was sweet and gentle with my feet and hands. I'm glad she didn't expect me to talk a lot because I was falling asleep from being relaxed. I loved that you can choose which scent you want and that they use organic and vegan products. I felt like a princess there because the entire staff is friendly and it is decorated like a French cafe meets a small castle. The ambience is chic and peaceful which is hard to find. Noreen was friendly and asked if I had any concerns before applying hard wax which is gentler. read more

Utterly disappointed! My $55 signature pedicure did not include any massage at all! This is the first pedicure I have gotten done that did not include any massage! My friend and I were very excited to check this place out. I had specifically chosen signature pedicure hoping to get a good massage and had specifically asked for somebody who could give a good massage as I have plantar fasciitis. We were about 5-7 mins late to our appointment. The spa began with Jessica leisurely showing a selection of the scented sugar scrubs. The place is a neat, well-maintained place. Although there are no massage chairs, the couch we sat on during the pedicure was quite comfortable. After the nail trim, scrub and hot wrap, Jessica went on to apply moisturizer. I was expecting her to follow it up with a massage like in ALL nail spas! So, I told her to apply more pressure as I am a runner and have tight calf muscles. Jessica coldly told me that I should have called in earlier if I needed massage as part of my pedicure! I asked my friend whether the pedicures we were getting wasn't Signature pedicure. At this point, Janet, who was attending on my friend, heard this and interjected and said that since we were late, they CONVENIENTLY skipped the massage. I totally understand that they are completely booked on Saturdays and had no time to go over the 60mins appointment, but it was NOT UPTO THEM to decide which part of the pedicure to skip. Jessica took her own time doing every other part of the pedicure. I didn't care for the scent of the scrub, but we spent a good 3-4 mins smelling each type and choosing one. I didn't care for the hot wrap. Had I known that I was forgoing the massage by doing this, I would have gladly chosen the massage. The free nail polish bottle that comes as part of Signature pedicure is a small 5ml bottle and does not have very many selections! I would rather buy the vegan nail polish, scrub and moisturizer off of Amazon and take it to my local nail spa, where I am guaranteed good service! I am sorry to say this, I really wanted to support your business, but I am completely disappointed with the quality of service at Greentoes. Jessica was cold and unhelpful. Cute place and all natural which is very important! Everyone was very friendly and it was quite small, only two people working when I was there. They offer water or hot tea during your service. I was happy with my pedi. Everything seemed very clean. The foot baths don't circulate water during the soak, just fill for each client which worked perfectly for me. I've been to Greentoes about 3 times since moving to Tucson for nail services only. I've seen Erin twice and she is excellent. Very sweet, very meticulous, and gives the most relaxing leg message. I can't remember who I saw the third time, maybe Angelina? She too was excellent. Very friendly! They offer water or tea which is a nice touch. The fact that they have their own parking lot is also a big plus. I definitely wish they had a better color selection; I find it a little lacking. I also feel like for what you're getting in terms of time, the prices are a little steep. read more

I live on the NE side of town but am happy to spend time downtown just for their services. Parking is off street behind their building--easy in and out. Before or after I often walk over to lunch on Fourth Avenue. Have an on-line reservation system and email reminders for when you're due to return. They use organic materials and the hand and foot massages with your choice of scented oils are divine.
