July 22 2025 I took some gold in and asked if they could do a custom pendant . The owner// designer said he could make the requested design and it would be ready August 20.. Went in on August 24 , the pendant looked like a two year old had shaped play doe!! Design wasn't even noticeable, just smeared looking engraving.. I brought more gold in and the owner stated he was going on vacation it would have it ready on September 2, went in today nothings been done , requested my jewelry and $300 back and was just given my jewelry and the play doe pendant back.. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH ANYTHING!! VERY unreliable and they have NO ISSUE LYING TO YOU!! The Silver pendant and the porcelain pendant is what I was told they could do and the two Gold photos are what 2 months of waiting got me.. Have used this jewelers a few times. Have had a positive experience. Bought an engagement ring and had it sized.

BEWARE! This Fly by night Scam Shop is totally Unprofessional and RUDE! I had 2 Rings Sized. The first Ring had Several Diamonds in it that were made loose by their Shoddy work and 1 day after picking up the first ring, one of my diamonds fell out. I took it to another MORE REPUTABLE shop locally to have it fixed. Another week passed, when I came To pick up my second ring that unfortunately they had before I picked up the first, they cracked it and did a terrible job sizing it... rough and sharp edges. These people obviously do not take customers as a priority! They even refused to discount the sizing even $1 after terribly Messing up both sizing. "They only care about your money" I have pictures and receipts from repair from another shop after getting my jewelry back from these Scam artists! read more

Reasonable prices and a jeweler you can trust! They are very knowledgeable and thoroughly explain your repair. They are a small jeweler, so the job may take a bit longer than expected. read more

I just wrapped up a visit (again) with this store, trying to resolve the ongoing issue with my wedding band and get a much deserved refund. Long story, but, believe me, this is the short version. My fiancé and I needed wedding bands for my ceremony early August and the ones we selected for the both of us, the man's ring I ordered, we were told was no longer available... they, on their own accord, decided to substitute with a pair of choices after our first visit where we paid half up front for both. One was not what I described I wanted in a ring... I explicitly said I do not like that and guess what? It was exactly like what I did not want, the other was a close approximation. My wife's ring was too small and they would allow us to use it for the actually ceremony and get hers taken care of, which they did (the only good thing on their in favor here). But, after multiple attempts to get mine taken care of, with a resize down because the one that I eventually accepted (reluctantly) was really too big in practice, it was coming off when washing hands and in the shower, too easily. They said, just take your ring off when you wash your hands or take a shower. Uh, that shouldn't be the case. I ordered a smaller size and they kept saying it would be coming in... no updates. They ordered a smaller size but it was not the ring I had settled on... I just looked at the sales person and had a dumbstruck look on my face... I couldn't believe it. They said we will call you back by the end of the week and it will be taken care of. No word from them for almost two weeks. So, I order the ring online from the actual vendor and went in today for a refund on the ring purchased. They said all sales are final... which my sale was never final as I never got what I wanted. Add to that the sheer incompetence of the people behind the counter. You talk to them, but then they have to ask their boss to actually get something done and that is the frustrating part... a lag in the system or breakdown in the communication. I pointed out what I want to get in a ring and two times they order the wrong ring for me, wasting two trips to their store only to find out that it is still wrong. I am leaving out a whole lot of detail here as it has been a multi visit and text ordeal. Add to that the ring that initially wanted they said was no longer available or being produced (King Will Tungsten Carbide with chiseled edges). After two weeks of non communication, I looked it up online and lo and behold, it's available... at 1/6th the cost of this place. Same, exact ring that I initially ordered on my FIRST visit. I understand retail pricing can be higher, but come on. Well, just don't bother. And, to preemptively respond to any comment from them... your policy of no refunds, only exchanges only works when you get the order / details right. The ring getting resized was because of the ring delivered was a bit loose from the sizing ring used in the store. I just accepted as what I would have to settle for. And it was too late at any rate for anything to change... wedding was in two days and you dropped the ball with not getting it in the timeframe you quoted "oh, it will be here in plenty of time." Getting married on Thursday so need it BEFORE then... no ring. Call them, "Your ring will be here on Thursday." Jeez, I'm tired just from having to type this up... so, in the end, go elsewhere. read more

I'll start by saying the final product of the two rings I took for repair is great. Customer service was BAD! I dropped off two rings, one for sizing and one for soldering. I asked for pricing but they could not tell me because the jeweler wasn't there. They said sizing one ring would be $64 which I agreed to. That was the wrong quote apparently. When I received a call the next day they said the quote was $220 for all. I asked them not to repair the wedding band because I could take it to the original place of purchase for a better deal. WELL, they had already repaired the wedding band. Not sure why they call it an estimate if they don't actually call before they repair. I was told one to two weeks, but both rings were done the next day. They still charged me $220 but the employees were then discussing charging me $150. It was a mess. The employee asked me over the phone what I thought was a fair deal. I don't work in the jewelry business so how should I know? But I do know I wanted to save some money! I recommend getting clarity on pricing before you leave your jewelry! read more

I recently attempted to change the battery on a watch and couldn't get the back on. Other jewelers had told me they'd have to send it to the watch-maker and it would take a week to get it back. A quick search lead me to Greenville Jewelers. Not only was the expert on site, he showed me what I'd been doing wrong and what I'd need to do different if I tried that again (although I suspect I'll just go there first next time!) read more

I recently got engaged and needed my ring sized and of course I wanted it back ASAP. All of the popular well known jewelry stores said it would be 1-2 weeks. If I could rate them any lower I would. We had an engagement ring custom made by them. We worked with Eli. Once the design was figured out, we had to choose a diamond. Eli said he could go online and find a diamond, but we would just have to trust him because he would have to "act quickly". And I will say, when we saw the diamond it was pretty. Once we got the ring, we kept noticing the diamond didn't quite shine like a diamond should. I brought it back 3 times because the band was so thick, it hurt my finger. Eli even wore a ring the same width as mine, all weekend or so he said and understood why it was uncomfortable. Again, width or nothing like that was ever discussed with the design. They eventually had to shave (I believe) the band to make it thinner and I told him when I dropped it off to be fixed, that we noticed the diamond seemed dull. When I picked the ring up, they had resized the ring because it was too big, which caused the diamond to tilt and scratch my finger. At that point everything was fine and the diamond shined like it never had before. We got an appraisal from Eli and it was 62% more than what we paid. When Eli gave the appraisal to us he said now if you take it to another appraiser, they would probably come up with a different value! Needless to say with all that had gone wrong, I decided to take it to another appraiser for my own peace of mind. That appraisal came in 20% lower than what we had paid for the ring. The clarity and color came back at a lower rating, there is a carbon inclusion that comes to the surface and there is a chip in the diamond. We went in and talked to Eli and the owner who is his cousin. They were accusing us of trying to scam THEM! Nothing could be further from the truth! We just want a ring valued at what we paid. They were VERY rude and unprofessional. They said they were going to sue the other appraisal company. What a joke! BUYER BE WARE! read more
