He is always willing to share his knowledge and give real time walk-through instructions over the phone. In my experience, if he is away, he will say what day he returns... so I don't leave a message, but call him on the return date. I did that today and he called me back within three minutes and walked me through the problems I was having as well as advising me to contact the store. I bought it from in order to initiate a warrantied assessment and repair on a possible small leak. He is SO friendly and so helpful! I heartily recommend Carolina Hot Tub Solutions!!!!!!

Kevin and his team turned everything around. They've been consistently reliable with regular service and replaced the heater, pump, lights, and liner. We have been going to Genco for years and was always happy with the service. Last season we had a…read morenew liner put in and it is slipping. I reported it as soon as I noticed it. Never heard back. Recently contacted them and was told that they needed a credit card so that they could bill me for repairing the liner. The liner slipping was the result of shoddy work and I should not have to pay for their workmanship. I knew I would have some issues when I saw air bubbles coming out of the liner when they were installing the liner. I reported this and was told to point to the bubbles in the liner to the installers. I would have thought a manager would have come out and looked at the issue.

Genco's quality can't be beat and they stand behind their spas with service that you can count on. I will do business with them again.
