When I called her back she scheduled for a Monday Drop off of a 40 yard dumpster on Monday. I called the Thursday before the reschedule drop off to see if we could schedule for Wednesday due to rain. She said sure no problem. I said the same time is fine. Wednesday rolled around and no dumpster, I waited for it to come in the two hour window. I had workers scheduled. I called her to find out if they were running late. She told me no dumpster was scheduled for today and that I was supposed to call her to confirm. I was shocked and said No! I said Wednesday same time. She argued with me and admitted she should have called to confirm, but that I can't talk to her like that and I could have my money back. (Buy the way she insisted on full payment up front before even scheduling it) I told her no I needed the dumpster so she said well you can get it tomorrow. I was not happy but said ok. Then Thursday rolls around and I had rescheduled my help to come at 11 am. She had scheduled a delivery between 8-10 am. I called at 9am just to make sure we didn't have a misunderstanding she acted like I was bothering g her and it would come within the agreed time. 10:30 no dumpster, I called Andrea and said... it's passed the window and I hired workers to come and there is no dumpster. She said with a tone "it will come sometime today" I was infuriated that she couldn't keep her commitment once again. My workers rolled up at 11 and we had no dumpster and they were expecting to work and be paid. Finally at 11:30 the dumpster showed up. Now today a week later I see another charge for $250 on top of the $800. I called to find out what the charge was and she said 5 mattresses and two refrigerators. This was not accurate and she said too bad. No credit and no recourse. DO NOT USE A&J dumpsters unless you don't care about professionalism, timely delivery, following through on commitments or accuracy or accountability. Online their 16 yard dumpster stated it was 14ft in length but upon receiving the dumpster, only measured 10ft and a few inches. Not sure if that 14ft includes the doors being open. Which led to us not having enough room for some of our items we wanted to throw away. So if booking, just keep that in mind :)

In total…read morethere were 13x 18 gallon tubs, four guitars, an air conditioner, a dirt bike motorcycle, several heavy amps, disassembled desks, mic stands, heavy mixer and more. He arrived exactly on time and got to work quickly. I had things mostly ready to move and he was able to estimate that it'd probably just be one trip. He moved most of the stuff efficiently himself with a cart and I helped with only the very heavy mixer and motorcycle. My motorcycle leaked a bit of oil that we were able to clean up, and he used a tarp to help move it carefully. He also wrapped a cardboard guitar box in plastic and was careful to stack things logically. He made sure to check if the air conditioner could be moved on its side and nothing was damaged or scratched at all. Add to it all that his prices are much better than large companies, and he accepts moves for one hour when many companies won't. Definitely call Freddy for anything that will move through a cargo van. I was surprised how much it could transport.
