They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. Our truck was towed there Friday because a tree limb fell through the windshield during the storms…read moreon Tuesday. we heard the crash and immediately went out there and covered it with a tarp to keep water from getting inside. When the truck was picked up by the tow truck driver yesterday the interior was completely dry. I decided to drive by there today because it was pouring rain and my husband was wondering if they had recovered it or moved it inside to make sure the inside wasn't getting wet. as soon as you pulled in the parking lot you could see the truck sitting there, no plastic, no tarp, nothing except the rain pouring inside, essentially causing damage to the truck that wasn't there when the truck was dropped off. I took tons of pictures and called the insurance company while I was still in the parking lot, that way they cannot say the water damage was from the tree limb. I also contacted the tow truck driver who has said if needed he will verify that he drove the truck onto his roll back and that the interior was completely dry. I cannot speak on the quality of their work yet, but I have extremely low confidence in the quality of their work seeing as though they did even attempt to protect a customer's vehicle while it's in their possession
